Jätte bra hotel, 2 min från tvärbanestationen för att ta sig till centralstation och allt ligger på gångavstånd därifrån. Om ni behöver turisttips fråga receptionen för de var en hjälpande hand. Allt var 10/10, men väldigt kallt i rummet

Buena ubicación para hacer turismo. Se tarda alrededor de 20 minutos hasta la zona de los museos. Personal de recepción muy amable y la persona que sirve los desayunos muy atenta ante las intolerancias alimentarias. Desayuno estilo buffet que dispone de pan sin gluten. Se agradece disponer de minibar en la propia habitación, así como cafetera y de tener un espejo de cuerpo entero. Colchón y almohadas muy blandas, lo que hace un poco difícil la comodidad a la hora de dormir. Habitaciones poco insonorizadas ya que se escucha el ruido externo y los pasos de las habitaciones que están situadas un piso más arriba. La ducha no regula bien la temperatura, tan pronto sale agua caliente como agua fría en cuestión de segundos.

Good transport from Centraal station on tram 4. The room was noisy at nighttime and you could hear a lot during the day. Could hear people walking by the room and talking in the hallway very clearly and when we stood outside the room you could hear our tv clearly too. Tram and traffic noise outside was expected and didn’t keep us up at night but was quite loud at times. Stayed on a ground floor room right next door to reception. Nice size fridge and tv in room. Shower was nice. Room was warm with a little radiator that was plenty enough. Coffee machine was good. Found a few strange bugs in the room, one on the bed and one on the floor. Cleanliness was okay, nothing special.

La struttura é carina e accogliente, ma siamo rimasti delusi dalla camera prenotata: la standard double bed non corrisponde assolutamente a nessuna foto presente su Expedia o su altri siti. Si é rivelata essere molto più stretta e piccola di quanto atteso, soprattutto avendo anche una culla per nostro figlio. Se avessimo visto la camera di sicuro avremmo scelto altre opzioni. La colazione é buona ma per tutto il nostro soggiorno la macchina del caffè era rotta. Un bel disagio per tutti i clienti (considerato anche il prezzo). Le emergenze possono capitare, ma si deve essere pronti ad una soluzione di backup. Nota di merito per il personale, sempre gentile e disponibile a cercare di risolvere ogni inconveniente e mancanza della struttura.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questo hotel, posizione buona non troppo fuori dal centro, località vicine grazie alla capillare rete di trasporti olandese. Nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato il lavandino otturato. Oltre tutto abbiamo lasciato la camera alle 11 come previsto e dopo un paio di ore siamo tornati per prendere le valige, ci siamo resi conto di aver dimenticato nr. 2 forme di formaggio olandese nel frigorifero della camera, ed a domanda specifica ci riferivano di non aver trovato nulla in camera. Pessimi.
