It's the best location for traveling in Amsterdam! You can take a walk in Vondel Park which is just in front of the hotel and go to the central of Amsterdam by walk from the house. Also, only about 15 minutes to Van Gogh Museum by walk. When it comes to the place, everything was perfect. Very welcoming host, delicious breakfast, clean and tidy room... If I get a chance to go to Amsterdam again, I'll choose this place! (I think the pictures of this hotel should be changed, because it was much more better than the pictures.) 암스테르담 여행하시는 한국인 분들 여기 이용하셔도 좋을 거 같아요! 일단 위치가 너무 좋아요. 바로 앞 5분 거리에 본델 파크 있고, 15분 정도 걸으면 반 고흐 뮤지엄까지 갈 수 있습니다. 한 30분 걸으면 센트럴까지 도착하구요. 물론 주변에서 2번 트램이 지나다니기 때문에 트램 타고도 쉽게 여행 다닐 수 있습니다. 또 호스트 분이 진~짜 너무 친절하셔서 묵는 동안 너무 편하게 지내다 갔습니다. 그리고 청소하시는 스탭들도 너무 친절해요! 시설도 진짜 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 사진이 정말 이상하게 나온 것 같아요. :( 마지막으로 아침도 직접 매일 챙겨주시는데 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다. 암스테르담 센트럴 숙박비 엄청 비싼데 여기 가격 대비 정말 추천합니다!

Great location and the place is very nice. One small thing is that the only sink is in the kitchen area so you brush your teeth and face in that area. Shower and toilet rooms are separate. I would stay again

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We travel all over the world and stay in many high end, expensive places. The detail and the care taken by Paul and Karen was unmatched. Everything was perfect. We didn’t want to ever leave. When we left it felt like we were leaving friends.

We had an excellent stay. The suite is impeccable, the location is excellent with convenient transportation options. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with orientation. Would definitely recommend.

Great location by the Vondelpark. We took the tram into the city center, about a 15 min ride. Bed was comfortable, had a nice little garden & the owner had the room ready earlier than expected. We were on a river cruise and Amsterdam was our final stop. Paul, the owner,met us at check in & showed us where everything was...even had some sweet treats waiting for us. Perfect for a couple, nice cafe and coffee shops nearby. There is a WC and a shower, and the only sink is in the kitchen...that was different, but not a game changer. I put our hand sanitizer in the WC to use.

If this beautiful place is available for your dates, I 100% recommend you book it ASAP. Of all my travels, I will always treasure my time in Paul’s (owner) home. There were so many nice touches and comforts that are too many to list. (Plus I believe it’s so wonderful to discover them on your own). It’s in a beautiful location, on the canal with a draw bridge and with a cozy balcony. Paul, the owner, was born to be a Host. Our family of three had a wonderful stay of 6-nights in early spring. The apartment is beautifully decorated and cozy, a perfect place to unwind after busy days of city walking, museum hopping and day trips to outside of the city. Paul and Karen are great hosts. In the first morning, we woke up to a wonderful surprise - a basket of treats: pastries, bread, jam, cheese, etc, awaiting outside of our door. We also enjoyed daily pastry treats, chocolates and gin for adults during our stay. The apartment is a short walk to Vondelpark and tram line 2, which we use frequently to get to the museum area(walkable if you have 20-30 min), and other parts of the city including the central rail station for out of city trips. We also enjoyed delicious food from several restaurants near the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful spring week in Amsterdam and would highly recommend Paul and Karen's place.

With all the places I have stayed this is my favourite. It is well kept, very nice french country charm, clean, quite and I love every detail of this place. The host Paul and Karen are wonderful.

Paul and Karen were the most gracious hosts. Their stunning bed and breakfast was absolutely perfect for our stay. We cannot recommend them enough and can’t wait to be back!

We stayed in the garden suite and absolutely loved it! The host is amazing and did so many nice things for us that I don't even want to mention them...in case they don't do the same for everyone. This is the BEST bed/breakfast that I have ever stayed in. We love our back porch and garden, we loved the kitchen and treats, the bed was romantic and incredible, had a wireless speaker. I really can't say enough great things about this property. Stay here if you get the chance! Walk through the Vondelpark (which is VERY close) and it will take you right to the city center.

In life we need time alone to sort things out and this entire trip gave me what I needed, peace, tranquility, serenity, etc….great location, great host, BEAUTIFUL HOME, great time in Europe!!

Very nicely decoratively and thoughtfully appointed apartment in a great location. There are restaurants and other amenities, including the fabulous Vondelpark, steps from the front door. The front door is across the street from a canal and is next to a busy restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Pleasant, helpful owners.

We stayed about eight different places on our trip and this was our absolute favorite. Lovely hosts, truly excellent location, and stunning place. So so happy to have stayed here and hope to be back someday!

Clean apartment with friendly reception. Had nice treats every day. Close to trams and busses.
