It was very easy to access from most of attractions and good location to take the tram, only problem was the water tap which was very sensitive.

Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Hotellet ligger centralt i gåafstand til det meste. Af et værelse i den prisklasse havde jeg nok forventet lidt mere luksus. Der var ikke varme i det separate toilet-rum og ingen gulvvarme i badeværelset.

Great location. Staff all very helpful. Guest lounge with complementary drinks available. Room was huge, bed comfy, great views. Breakfast was delicious especially the eggs. The air con worked well. There was a bit of street noise, the hotel is near the tram line & the streets of Amsterdam on an evening are full of people so I expected a bit of noise.

Convenient location - tram runs along side street. Hearty breakfast. Quiet room. Double glass windows deaden any outside noise.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de los museos y a pocos pasos de Leidseplein. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. El personal de recepción super amable, no tanto el del restaurante.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern in einer TOP Lage - leider aber sehr hellhörig und laut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Just had a wonderful 3 day stay at this hotel. Lovely and clean, staff welcoming and helpful with any queries we had regarding restaurants etc. A perfect base for exploring this wonderful city. You won’t be disappointed if you book this hotel!

Location was very central to any visitors travelling to Amsterdam. Tram was right in front for easy access. Food and drinks are so convenient a great stay, and the best part the staff were so friendly. You receive a smile every time you come and leave the hotel. Nice stay and highly recommendable.

Great location, but dated and worn rooms.

Love this hotel. Perfectly situated, it's an easy walk from Central Station or a short tram ride with the tram stop right outside. I was waiting in the reception for my friend and the lady on reception was so lovely. She took me into the relaxing lounge area for complimentary coffee and told me when she was bringing pastries, as well as checking several times, if our room was ready for us to check in. We were able to check in slightly early which we really appreciated. The room was huge, beds very comfy, bathroom a good size and nicely appointed. We couldn't work the coffee machine in our room but there was also a kettle (and the complimentary coffee downstairs) so it wasn't a problem for us. Fridge was very useful. I can't wait to return!
