조식이나 시설이 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 다운타운에서 거리는 조금 멉니다. 매일 룸 클리닝을 하지는 않습니다.

It's very nice to stay in this hotel. Good Location, Cleaned and warm room condition, Nice Service, Very Kindness and Comfortable hotel

전반적으로 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되었으며 식사도 양호했음. 체크인할 때 관광세를 다 결제했으나 무슨 이유인지 관광세가 또 지출되서 이중 결제된 것을 다시 취소한 것 빼고는 만족한 호텔이었음.

I stayed two nights at Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam. It is very close to the tram station, easy to get to the central station. Every facility was very clean, I think it is newly built. Breakfast was also good and also staffs were very kind. I really want to visit again soon ;)

Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram. Staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. Marichu at breakfast was so kind and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. There was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the room which was handy. Pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There was bacon or sausages (alternate days), scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes... the scrambled egg tasted a bit weird like it was powdered, but other than that fantastic. Waffle machine for fresh waffles (two flavours), yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheese, olives... everything you could want. They had a secure room to store our luggage on the last day which was handy as we had an evening flight. The toilets in the lobby were immaculate. All in all a fantastic hotel in a good location for visiting the city, and a great price for what you get. I would definitely return if visiting Amsterdam again

Ficamos presos em Berlin por conta da nevasca. Solicitamos o cancelamento com isenção de multa, eles nos deram 3 dias para responder, como era justamente o período que ficaríamos, optamos em enfrentar o clima. Chegaríamos lá às 23:00, e acabamos chegando às 10:00 do dia seguinte. Apesar de estarmos em contato com o hotel, enviando fotos das mudanças dos horários de chegada e da neve, dos meus filhos e maridos dormindo no trem, não foi suficiente. Eles deram no show, Para a minha estadia que já estava paga e sabiam que estávamos indo. E ao chegarmos, tinha apenas um quarto disponível, o outro, ficou pronto as 13:15. Não foram honestos, pois a minha estadia estava paga desde o dia anterior, isto me conferia o direito a ter os meus quartos à disposição. Mais difícil foi ouvir que considerado “no show “ porque tinham que deixar os quartos a disposição, mas se eu estava indo para a hospedagem que eles já haviam recebido! N. Este é um hotel com uma postura eu repudio e não volto mais !

Nice hotel.

Modern hotel about 10/15mins (3 stops) to Central Station using the 26 tram which runs very regularly. There were a few issues with our room, but they all got quickly sorted. Breakfast was good but most importantly, all the staff were amazing and so friendly, would recommend.

La chambre était parfaite. J’ai voyagé toute seule (femme) dans cet hôtel et je m’y suis sentie en sécurité. Le personnel était accueillant et gentil, surtout les dames du petit-déjeuner, adorables. Si je reviens à Amsterdam, je retournerai dans cet hôtel !

Personnel professionnel et très sympa. Petit déjeuner varié et correct. Ménage dans la chambre à revoir. Aspirateur pas passé pendant 4 jours. Système TV obsolète. Pas de chromecast et télé petite. Emplacement moyen mais à 2 minutes du tram qui dépose dans le centre ville en 10 minutes. Bon séjour quand même.

Tutto molto bene. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Attenti anche al senza glutine. Stanze grandi e in ordine.

I had a great experience staying here. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to transportation guidance. Early check-in was a big plus. Special thanks to the Filipino staff at the breakfast buffet for being so accommodating and attentive.

The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help. I appreciated being acknowledged as a Diamond which is not always consistent property to property. The hotel could certainly use some help with cleanliness by way of more housekeeper training and supervision. As an example, my bathroom floor, shower walls and bed down to the mattress pad was covered in hair. The front desk staff remade the bed so that I could rest, howver the housekeeper promised a thorough clean the next day. When I returned, hair remained all over the bathroom. This is not uncommon to hotels but training and technique like lint rollers and good vacuuming are just some ideas. I also think they are lacking a microwave and ice for guest access. Otherwise it is very convenient if you are looking for a restful, early night after exploring nearby places.

Great A/C. Good size room. Excellent breakfast options. Located very close to Tram station that is only 3 stops from Central station and only 2 stops away from the Viking Cruise embarking station. Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English.

The rooms were excellent - clean, spacious and well furnished. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist and make our stay a great one. Would like to mention Jerranny who was exceptional and Al Amin who assisted us with a great smile on his face. We would highly recommend the hotel for great location, exceptional staff and very delicious breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you
