호텔 헤예 130

Booked triple room for family trip. It may be the biggest room in the Hotel Heye 130. I just stay one night but it's very nice and clean on bedding and bathroom. No germ at all. They don't have breakfast service yet but will prepare in future. As 1st visitor in Amsterdam, I've got very kind guide for transportation on reception. :) Thank you for kindness and nice service. Only dislike is a bit noisy in the night 'cause hotel is located in the street, kind of main road.

방은 아주 깨끗하게 잘 관리가 되어 있고, 스텝도 매우 친절했습니다. 트램역에서 가깝고, 호텔 바로 옆에 슈퍼가 있어서 편리했습니다. 다음에 암스테르담에 간다면 또 이 호텔에서 숙박하고 싶네요.

규모는 작은 호텔이지만 깔끔하고 가격이 저렴하고 위치가 좋습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 주변에 맛있는 음식점과 식료품점이 있어서 편리했습니다.

A little bit far from the city center but really quiet. I was happy to be treated by nice and kind staffs all the time! Quite noisy with toilet from another room but it was okay if the wc's door was closed.

Lovely room with large windows. Staff were kind, attentive and very helpful. The area has access to self service laundry, groceries, restaurants and trams. Loved my stay, thank you!

Room was so tiny and no place to open luggage. No coffee maker and tv didn’t work. This off season 60EU per night room was 150 euro one night and then 341 Euro the next. Property was not taken care off and staff very defensive upon me expressing my concerns. They consider Themselves a boutique hotel and it was more like a two star hotel.

This hotel is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Very easy walking to all the sights, but not touristy. Plenty of shops and restaurants line the street. The staff were especially friendly and helpful (shout out to Veronica!). My room was on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) and it had ac and a big window that opened to the street. I would definately stay here again!

Staff was nice. The room was small. There’s a small elevator. The bed sheets felt old. No climate control. Overall decent for a weekend stay for one person

Nice neighborhood just a short tram ride away from the city center. The hotel is basic, but clean with a really nice staff.

The bed was extremely comfortable! After a long plain flight, we really appreciated it. The location was fantastic too

Room was clean but so small that it was almost unusable. No kettle, cups, nightstand, fridge, microwave, desk, closet or anything else. Friendly helpful staff and good location. However, at night it gets very loud due to drunk people in the street. Not worth the price.

Hotel sencillo, limpio y sin problemas. A media hora centro caminando.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming and very helpful with local knowledge. The bars and restaurants nearby were exceptional and welcoming. Tram service to central Amsterdam was a 5 minute walk away. We will be visiting again.

It was my terrible trip (( I arrived early and was not even allowed to enter the hotel or leave my luggage. This was very disappointing after a long trip. When I came back at 3 PM for check-in, it took an extremely long time to receive the room keys. The woman at the front desk was very rude and spoke to us in a very unfriendly and aggressive manner. She was arguing with us even though we did not understand what she was asking for. The whole experience made us feel like we were staying at her home for free rather than as paying guests. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this place.
