깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 계단 경사가 가파르긴했는데 사장님이 짐 옮기는 것도 도와주시고해서 편했어요!

Basic but good for the location and price

Unless you are training for an intense rock climb I do not suggest this hotel. The stairs are at an almost 90 degree incline with the steps at the widest part barely giving enough room for half of my very average size foot. In addition unless you have ever wondered what it was like to spend the night in a prison cell I would highly recommend another hotel.

Horrible stairs, no water glasses, tv didn’t work, mold growing on hallway wallpaper, filthy.

Room was tiny. Hotel staff was nice. Shower had no curtain and made the floor soaked everytime it was used. Sink was tiny. The room had no place to put bags so we had to climb over our stuff to get into bed.

Clean hotel with basic rooms. In a lovely neighbourhood.

Clean room, friendly staff but one shortcoming ..no house keeping unless requested. We didn't get housekeeping one night and ran out of toilet paper. The matter was resolved later by staff.

Terrible experience do not book here.. our flight got delayed so we arrived later than we had hoped. We tried to contact the hotel to let them know we would be late for check-in, and nobody responded. We arrived and rang the doorbell for 30 minutes with no answer, even with calling and messaging the hotel. We had to book another accomodation for the night. We then came back the next day to check in for our second night, and the hours for reception advertised as 9am-10pm. We arrived at 11am, and again rang the doorbell for 20 minutes, called and messaged with no response. We returned for the 3rd time at 6pm, same thing happened. Luckily, another guest was coming out of the hotel and we asked them help. They went inside to try and get a hold of the reception, and 20 minutes later they opened the door. There was no apologies, just excuses and saying we were "unlucky" that we rang when people weren't there. The reception then said that we should have called his personal number to get let in.. How were we supposed to have his personal number when we couldn't get into the hotel and talk to anybody? We wasted so much time and money trying to get in to this hotel. Especially for the price, just book somewhere where you know you will be able to sleep. The actual room was not too bad, but the service was ridiculous and I would rather not risk wasting my money

Dylan was so nice! So close to Heineken tour and lots of bars! Stairs are a bit steep but it’s what made it so fun!!

The property is very basic but clean. Would benefit from an internet connection especially for those traveling.

This property was located in a great spot for half museums and central spots. metro right there! staff was great. no bells or whitsles but a place to rest your head as you explore!

Excelente servicio. Muy buena ubicación cerca de Heineken, Metro, Trams, tienda de conveniencia y restaurantes. El único inconveniente es subir las escaleras, especialmente con equipaje pesado.
