호텔 뉴욕

앞에 바닷가가 있어 괜찮을줄 알았는데 위치는 별거 없고 건물이 오래되었지만 내부는 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있음.. 방도 따뜻함. 직원들이 상당히 친절함. 역사가 있는 호텔인것 같음. 출장자 입장에서 위치 빼고는 다 만족합니다. 방도 큽니다.

We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship.

I’ve stayed here many times and the Location iis perfect for cruisers as the terminal is right across the street. This wonderful hotel is steeped in so much history. The staff is excellent. Delicious food at their three different restaurants. My favorite is the outside restaurant on tbe water. Water taxis right at the hotel and short walk to the metro or the above ground train into the main center of town. Our room had high ceilings/ large windows and a step up seating area with a beautiful view of the water. Restaurants and the Fenix are located right across a short walking bridge behind the hotel.

Room was huge and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was right beside our Cruise ship making boarding so convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well

The hotel is in a perfect location for a Holland America Cruise. The basement bar was perfect, wonderful NY jazz bar vibes and brilliant barman. It's a lovely location for walking or water taxis and the food hallen down the road is a great spot to eat. The breakfast was quite different from what I imagined, having stayed at N-how a few weeks before nearby and having a wonderful healthy breakfast with so many options, so the very limited options here was a surprise. Due to the lack of explanation and no labels on the first 2 mornings it was a little difficult but by the third morning I appreciated the choice of nice bread and tomato and cucumber and cheese to make a nice sandwich which I enjoyed. If they improved the breakfast offerings, they would be 5 star for sure as building is gorgeous.

Cool old building, large rooms, super funky. Outside restaurant was delicious and great views. Bar also great. Right across street from cruise ship terminal. River taxi’s conveniently located near by. Great location

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het eten was goed en onze kamer was verrassend ruim. Het pand deed ons denken aan onze reis naar New York van vorig jaar maar was wel flink verouderd. Verouderde voorzieningen als rookmelders en de lift waarmee je het gebouw in komt als je een kinderwagen mee hebt (of in een rolstoel zit), zouden in onze optiek wel vervangen/vernieuwd mogen worden. Desondanks een hele prettige ervaring die we graag nog een keer zouden willen beleven.

We were happy to check in early after leaving the ship. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was charming, bright and spacious for a historic hotel. The restaurant was busy but they took time to work with us on a dietary requirement. Dinner was very good as was the breakfast buffet. The location was convenient to the cruise terminal, ferries and the metro.

We loved this hotel. This was our second stay and we would definitely stay there again. This place seems to have a culture of hospitality. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeepers were very friendly and always ready to help. They have a lovely breakfast which was included in our package which may involve an extra charge. One tip is that the subway is at the end of the street. We arrived at the central train station and the tourist info person never mentioned that option. We took a cab when we could have hopped on the subway for just a euro. The subway stop is Wllimeniaplain (sp?) Hats off to Hotel New York, one our favorite places to stay.

Excellent staff, excellent accommodation, excellent location and an absolutely wonderful experience.

Ruim, vriendelijk mooie locatie

Place is fine but there is really nothing to do. I was disappointed by the lack of a minibar and shoehorn.

Prachtig hotel, mooie, grote kamer en badkamer en een geweldig ontbijt. Zowel bij in- en uitchecken als in het restaurant, iedereen is beleefd en behulpzaam. Dit nodigt uit om terug te komen.
