Perfect spot to have the “Amsterdam experience” 15 min walk to Amsterdam Centraal and all the shops and “coffee shops” you’ll need are within 10-15 min walk from hotel

Staff were great good base close to loads and the coffee was good

Likte meg der veldig godt, å så sentralt, ikke det beste første intrykket av rommet, men ellers så var det greit å bo & være der så lenge jeg opholdt meg der, ganske så knirkete gulv inpå rommet der jeg sov, men deg gikk sin gang

Martin is a great host and he serves an excellent pint of Guinness in the bar.

Only good thing with this hotel is the placement

The guy at the front desk asked me a weird question about my nationality. I show him my French driving license and he’s asking me where I was born because if I was born in France, I don’t need to give him my passport and if I’m not, I need to give him that’s weird and unacceptable in France. It will be called discrimination.

Not recommended for seniors

It is in a good location but it is quite loud, always smells like urine outside. The stairs are ridiculous. Breakfast is bland and tasteless. It would be fine for <€75 night but it is not. Rooms need fans and modern TVs, they are maybe 300mm ? People smoke in rooms though they are nonsmoking. I would not stay there again if given the option.

Great location for solo travellers. The stairs are small and twisty so don’t bring large luggage or heavy ones to this location.

The place was the best trip to the redlight yet, this hotel is located right in the middle of all the action, you can leave the window open and hear the festive atmosphere all night. Literally next to some of the best windows the district has to offer and right across the canal from Casa Rosso. Bar downstairs in open 24/7. Rooms are what you can expect in the RLD, it's part of the charm. Includes breakfast in the morning. I miss it already.

Right in the middle of the tourist district!

Walkable to Central Station (850m). Convenient to all kinds of restaurants. Staffs are friendly and approachable. They provide you with advice for visiting Amsterdam. Breakfast is good. It's hot in the hallway and room, but you can open the window during the night to cool it down a little bit. Shared bathroom and restrooms are really tight. Stairs are steep for big luggage. Overall, worth the budget for a place you want to visit.

location is very convenient

Hôtel au cœur du quartier rouge donc évidemment la nuit peut être bruyante mais on s'y sent bien. Le petit déjeuner est rudimentaire mais correspond au critère de la gastronomie des Pays Bas.

Med svenska mått mätt mer ett motell än ett hotell. Oerhört lyhört både från gatan och från korrioden. Men läget och priser är verkligheten 110% värt det. Gångavstånd till allt! Frukosten är ok, man får något litet i magen och för mig som glutenintolerant var jag tacksam för att de hade både äggröra och kokta ägg. Hotellet är ett gammalt kanalhus från 1600-talet och därför mycket trånga trappor. Rena och fräscha lakan samt nystädade toaletter. Väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående ägare. Vill man uppleva Amsterdams puls 24/7 i några dagar för en billig peng är detta verkligen rätt ställe. Men man behöver vara medveten om att Redlight-district är precis utanför fönstret och ständigt närvarande. Jag och min bästa vän är väldigt nöjda!

Está exactamente en el RED DISTRICT y no te puedes ni asomar por las ventanas, te da un poco de miedo caminar en la noche porque esta junto a las vitrinas y hay muchos hombres consumiendo alcohol. Esta muy cerca del centro que es lo único bueno.
