it was good except for the ambient noise. and shower condition was not good. the water pressure was very low and the hair dryer was not good.

깔끔한 기본 호텔 느낌 위치가 좋아요.

금고 주변에서 이상한 냄새가 났다 시트나 화장실은 깨끗하였음 더블 침대가 넓어서 좋았음 수납공간도 넓었음 로테르담이 작은 도시이긴 하지만 걸어서 main street에 가기 좋았다.

암스테르담 시내의 주말 숙박료가 매우 비싸서 주말에 하루 묵었습니다. 공항 근처라 가격이 쌉니다만(그래도 다른 도시에 비하면 꽤 비싼 편) 공항 외에는 어떤 것도 없습니다. 시내까지의 교통도 불편하고요. (단 공항까지는 무료셔틀이 다닙니다) 저는 다음 날 아침 공항에서 렌트카를 빌려서 암스테르담을 떠날 계획으로 묵었지만, 시내를 여행하시는 분들에게는 교통 때문에 추천하기 어렵습니다. 방은 좁으나 깔끔하고 근처에 풀밭, 숲이 있어 조용하고 좋습니다. IBIS에서 기대할 수 있는 깔끔함이 있구요.

I have stayed at many an Ibis but this one was the best. The young people at the front desk were delightful. The room was great - actually there were 3 of us and we got two rooms for what was the price of one in most places. The location was perfect and Rotterdam is a great city. I hope to go back and when I do, I will choose Ibis. Ah, one more thing - my brother cut himself removing the luggage from the storage locker and again, the front desk staff were great in administering first aid and sympathy!!:) Thank you for great service with a great attitude! The staff was friendly. The room was disappointing. There were holes in the carpet, mold in the shower, and the wall was splattered with an unknown substance next to the headboad of the bed. The splatter was probably 8in by 4in and pretty obvious. The sheets were also stained. We attempted to eat at the restaurant on property as we were quite tired. It seems the girl checking us in may have also been responsible for cooking the food. She was doing her best and was friendly during the process but there were 7 of us and one dish came out about every 10 minutes. The food seems to be canned and frozen options and was certainly not worth the price charged. We are from the US and we stayed one night at this hotel before a cruise. If we had planned to stay more than one night we probably would have looked for another hotel for the following nights. We have never stayed at an Ibis before and we likely won't stay again.

Staff was excellent and helped plan my visit to Fenix via water taxi

There was no tissue papers in a room. There were no iron set or no electric kettle in a room, but those were lent by the hotel kindly.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, está próximo al nuevo mercado, a las casas cubo, museo marítimo y puente Erasmus. De igual forma, puedes llegar caminando al resto de los puntos de interés. El personal agradable, el ambiente agradable y limpio.

Everything was good, could of really used a fridge in the room.

Really nice, modern hotel. Staff were really helpful and got me checked in with ease. Room was clean, quiet and modern and the beds did the job. Bathroom was clean too with a walk in shower and plenty of shower gel and shampoo provided. Room view was of a car park but I can’t complain too much about that. Location is excellent near the water and a short walk from the large food court and a metro station.
