룸, 화장실 깨끗합니다. 근처에 센트럴역으로 가는 트램 정거장도 있고, 큰 마트도 있어서 위치적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다!!!

Well organized, friendly staff. Rooms were clean, same with the gym and common areas. Nice location, close to city center.

I give The Monet Garden Hotel 5 stars across the board. The staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond to help you. The hotel itself is very central to all attractions. Our Canal view was lovely and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay immensely in this beautiful city.

Muy buena opción en Amsterdam, solo el check in fue lento, el desayuno por persona €25 me parece alto ya que en restaurantes cercanos desayunas muy bien por mucho menos

The hotel staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The rooms were wonderful and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay there the next time I am in Amsterdam.

We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed a welcome drink on arrival. The hotel is clean, modern and had everything we needed. Great location so easy to find our way back. We had breakfast included, there is a nice selection to choose from and we enjoyed the fresh orange juice and waffle making. It is quite small for a buffet area so sometimes feels uncomfortably tight when more people turn up. Apart from that we loved staying and would return. Room was always cleaned to a high standard with plenty of towels. And the bed was so comfortable with very nice pillows. They kindly decorated the bedroom for a 30th birthday which was wonderful and a nice surprise. Check out was easy, stored our luggage with no issues on collection. And we loved the leaving gift. We will be back for sure!

Only 2 suggestions. Add storage for guest items and clothes. We need drawers in addition to hanging. For example, the bed side tables could be changed to include drawers. Second suggestion is to place felt pads under the dining room chairs to eliminate constant scraping noises when chairs move, as guest come and go from the tables. Otherwise, near perfect experience- I will return!

Room was clean. Had refrigerator! Great Nespresso coffee maker. View of canal was lovely. Receptionist Marta was very pleasant and helpful on restaurant recommendations and directions. Staff at breakfast were lovely with big smiles. The bar area was decorated beautifully. Very comfortable and cozy setting. Conveniently located to a supermarket. A 10-20 minute walk to just about anything a tourist would want to see and do in the city! Came during a heat wave. The air conditioning was a huge plus!!

This was a great place to stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept, and the location is only 8 mins walk from the Waterlooplein Metro Station.
