This Hotel didn't replace the bedspread for a week. The shower room was overflowing with water, and the windows didn't open, so I couldn't ventilate.

Clean room, great croissants for breakfast, nice staff

Real breakfast not available but they do provide croissants, fruits and coffee. Somehow I don't like their croissants, so therefore there's no breakfast for me. The room doesn't have cloth hangers and wardrobe, only two hooks on the wall, if you are on a pro-longed business trip and want to handwash your underwear and socks, there's nothing you can use to hang those. There's no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. First day checked in the reception didn't provide the shampoo and shower gel, and only handsoap available in the bathroom, I thought they don't provide it, but I got it the second day when I asked the reception. Otherwise everything is good, clean, and comfortable, location is good, many restaurants nearby, and near the train station.

Virkelig godt, der var intet at klage over. Personalet var søde og flinke, alt virkede som det skulle.

Fijn en warm welkom. De medewerkers geven een warm gevoel door gesprekken te voeren. Je krijgt een welkomsgeschenk en je bent vrij om het hotel in en uit te gaan. De kamers zijn wel gehorig, maar dat mag de pret voor een weekendje weg niet bederven. Leuk hotel voor een avondje stappen

An incredible option for a value for money stay in Venlo. You may not get a pool, or a restaurant etc. but you do get all that you actually need and nothing more. No unnecessary frills just the basics done superbly well. A spacious room, decent shower room/toilet/wash-basin etc. Huge tv on the wall opposite the bed. What you do get is location! Sited very close to the railway station, and a 5 ionise walk to the town centre with its array of squares, bars, restaurants, cafés, etc. Shopping is amazing too. Town centre is pedestrianised so it's great for a stroll in the evening and in the day too. Hotel offers complementary pastries and coffee etc. in the morning, and you can have a seat on the terrace out front to have breakfast, or just a beer/coffee. Staff are super nice and welcoming. And all of this comes at a very reasonable price. You get what you want, pay only for what you really need, and don't have to stump up for stuff you just don't need. All in all the best value/quality balance for a stay in Venlo.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt – die Lage, der Service und das Ambiente haben uns überzeugt. Besonders angenehm war, dass morgens ein kleines, kostenfreies Frühstück mit Croissants, Kaffee und Obst angeboten wurde. Leider wurde jedoch auf Unverträglichkeiten nicht eingegangen, sodass ich persönlich beim Frühstück lediglich Joghurt und Obst hätte genießen können. Aus meiner Sicht wäre es wünschenswert, wenn – gerade im Jahr 2025 – alle Gäste gleichermaßen die Möglichkeit hätten, das kostenlose Frühstück vollständig zu nutzen. Da ich zudem meinen 40. Geburtstag während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel verbracht habe, (dies habe dem Personal vor der Anreise mitgeteilt) hätte ich mich über eine kleine individuelle Lösung gefreut. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Trotzdem möchte ich betonen, dass unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm war und wir uns willkommen gefühlt haben.

Das Hotel ist Zentral gelegen. Mit dem FZ gut erreichbar und eine Parking ist auch in der Nähe( Tagespreis Euro 15.00, sehr Human für eine Stadt) Die Fussgängerzone startet vor der Haustüre. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Zimmer sind sauber, einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet; geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub.
