플라워 마켓 등 도삼 주요 관광지와 가깝고, 직원들이 무척 찬절합니다. 특하 아침 뷔페 식사가 훌륭합나다.

프런트데스크에서 환대를 받아 여행의 시작이 즐거웠고, 조식당에서도 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 체크아웃도 원활했고 친절하셨어요. 룸은 테라스형이라 개방감이 있었으며, 침구류는 깔끔했습니다. 주변 트램역이나 마트, 식당들도 가까워 지리적으로도 편리합니다.

Wonderful location next to the flower market, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to see. The breakfast was very good, the attached restaurant was ok for lunch. The staff was very helpful arranging transportation for our group of 4 couples. Our room had a fantastic view and thankfully the bells in the clock tower do not ring all night.

Great location! Surrounded by restaurants and adjacent to tram lines that can get you places that may be too far to walk.

It was an average hotel. The hotel could be cleaner and there was an odd odor on the floor we were staying on. It was noisier in the rooms with balconies.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was very helpful taking out luggage early and holding it and helped us book a canal cruise. The rooms were exactly as expected and we really loved the location.

Perfect location, good A/C, lovely staff, nice rooms. The flower market itself is a pretty big tourist trap where every stall is the same but the location is very central and easy to travel anywhere in Amsterdam in about fifteen minutes and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. You're far enough away from the centraal station that it doesn't feel so chaotic. The rooms were lovely, we had three rooms and the clerk arranged them so we could be next to our children. There was noise from the street from late night libations but if you push enough buttons on the thermostat eventually the fan will run and drown out any noise. The hotel offers drink vouchers if you pass on room cleaning each day which suited us just fine. The hotel has bikes though we never used them. The only negative was the half shower glass that was impossible to not spill water on the bathroom floor. Each day the hotel puts out jars of candy in the lobby which were quite popular in my group. We took taxis to and from the airport and they could drop off and pick up nearby. If we were traveling without grandma we would have just taken public transport. I'd stay here again for sure. Make sure you book tickets for the Anne Frank House far in advance at it's really an incredible experience. Amsterdam is the best and this is a perfect home base while you're visiting.

Great location , very nice staff , very nice decorated

We got upgraded to the mini suite which was nice and spacious. The hotel is in a perfect location right by the flower market. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was that our room was not ready at 3 pm check in time even though we got there quite early due to our overseas flight and were promised that it would be ready even earlier. They comped us a couple of drinks while we waited another hour

We had several problems with the room beds and number of people. They continually got it wrong and always wanted to over charges us. Finally at check out one person got it correct.

Good location in Rembrandtsplein (touristy/younger area, by a main shopping spot). Some grafiti outside but inside the property is very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning is flexible, rooms are nice and come with plenty of hangers. Outlets next to beds, lots of space, nice bathrooms. Blackout curtains not complete but some of the better ones I’ve seen

Nice hotel, great location, staff was very helpful. I had a nice size, top floor room with 2 balconies, windows were noise proof, pretty quiet! Restaurant on the side ok, bar closed at 10 pm. Would stay again!
