The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and everything worked. The breakfast was basic but quite delicious. The location can’t be beat. We would like to return! Thank you!

Hotellet hade ett väldigt bra läge, nära till trevliga restauranggator, museum och marknader. Hotellet i sig var trevligt, bra personal och helt okej frukost, inte jättestor men tillräcklig. Rummet var lite trångt, men fungerade för oss som stannade 2 nätter. Lite smutsigt runt fönster och gardiner - rummet saknade ac, så fönstret behövde var öppet emellanåt för att vädra.

Dejlig behagelig og hyggeligt mindre hotel med meget god service i receptionen.

Great spot

We stayed 2 night, there was no housekeeping done; bed was not made , towels weren’t change , no Kleenex in the room. Hard to lock the bedroom door , door knob wasn’t working had to turn many times to have the door locked

Wonderful for solo person. The room is not small. Very well organized space. The room facing back yard, very quiet. The hotel location is pretty convenient, walk around 15-30 mins to almost everything. Staff are friendly as well.

Excellent location. Hotel is no frills but spotlessly clean. Restaurants, shopping and major museums within 15 minutesr or less walking.

everything was Ok until the last day morning there was a huge spider on my bed. I was so scared, likely we checked out right after.

This Hotel is walking distance from the Train station. The staff are exceptionally helpful. The location is convenient and walkable to endless dining, shopping and historic buildings

Friendly staff, easy check-in/out. Can access 24/7. Staff will hold your key when you go out, which I liked as I lose things easy.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Marko stands out above most for his kind and cheerful demeanor. The location on the Prinsengracht Canal is very convenient and there are very good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the John Dory restaurant just two doors down from the hotel and there is a supermarket just around the corner. The rooms, although very small by American standards, were very clean and practical. It should be noted that, in preparation for Amsterdam's 750th birthday in 2025, the area is getting refreshed on the outside as with other parts of Amsterdam. This is not a significant distraction and the result is very nice.

I arrived at 9.30 pm due to Eurostar delays, having walked the 2 miles from station with heavy luggage. The hotel claimed no knowledge of my Expedia booking, and all rooms were full. Showing them the Expedia booking made no difference. At 68 years old, it was no fun trying to find another hotel, as all were full. Feel totally let down. I'd like to think they were telling the truth and they hadn't just given my booking to someone else because of my late arrival, but I doubt it. A very bad experience.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom garden house. Clean, Well maintained. A double room and good sized twin room. Sharing an adjoined (jack and jill) bathroom. Good to have a small table and chairs in each room. House includes hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine, toiletries. Added bonus of mini fridges in each room. Seating area outside garden house to enjoy the sun, would buy pastries, fruit and juices from local supermarket and have breakfast before going out. Heat pump heaters in room very efficient if gets cool. House feels private and safe as only accessible through the hotel to the courtyard at the back. Hotel well located in nice area for canals, restaurants, cafes, bars and tourist attractions, very short walk to tram stop. Would go back and stay again
