The Suit Hotel Pincoffs was not so big hotel, but it was very lovely and a nice family managed one. As a business man, I had been traveling to many countries and cities, and used stay at the 4~5 stars hotels for last 42 years. but the Suit Hotel Pincoffs in Rotterdam was a outstanding hotel which knows well in detail what their clients want, and they try to do their best in order to offer the most comfortable stay in the hotel. And the all items prepared in the hotel were something different from others, and there was no single item they prepared without good wish and reasons. I intentionally wanted to talk to the hotel manager for asking what their business model and vision is, and he replied me "To offer the most happy stay of the clients" which is very simple but not all of the hotels could do it. Anyway, I spoke to the manager, I will strongly recommend the Suit Hotel Pincoffs to everyone whoever is going to travel to Rotterdam.

가격대비 호텔이 정말 좋았어요. 조금만 걸으면 트램이랑 메트로 정거장이 있어서 편해요. 다음에도 또 머물고싶은 호텔이예요.

Een charmant familiehotel met 18, gedeeltelijk zelfs zeer ruime kamers. Gevestigd in het douanekantoor uit het midden 19 e eeuw (rijksmonument) met bij de restauratie behoud van veel details. Hartelijke en behulpzame ontvangst. Bij het inchecken tegen we een upgrade naar een kamer met aparte zithoek. prima locatie met een goed ov aanbod in de omgeving. Parkeren op aanvraag was goed geregeld voor het hotel.

這是一家只有18個房間的小酒店，附近的環境很寧靜，讓人很放鬆，很舒服，在酒店轉角後排有一些很不錯的餐廳，我們在那些餐廳度過愉快的夜晚。 在餐廳的附近有間很大的超市，我們在那裏補充了一些食物和生活必需品，很方便。 酒店離地鐵也近，我們散步過去不到10分鐘的距離，交通很便利。 酒店裝潢很簡單，很優雅，我很喜歡這樣的格調。房間很寬敞，浴室也很大，有一個很棒的浴缸。房間很乾淨，地毯沒有髒污。我們很滿意這樣的環境。 服務也很好，員工很友善，很親切，代讓人愉快的笑容協助我們，晚上需要額外的棉被，很快就送到房間來。 我們真的很喜歡這家酒店，有機會來鹿特丹，我們仍然會選這個酒店度過美好的時光。

Zelden zo lief en attent personeel meegemaakt heerlijk ontbijt mooie kamer met hoge plafonds kamer super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien genoeg glazen zitruimte en smart tv zou zeker terugkomen

The room was beautiful but there was a lot of areas missed for cleaning. Beside bed , back of big mirror etc. skirting edges all thick with dust. Our first observation was the uncared for front door area and mat which gives a poor impression. Also dirt in door runners on lift floor. Shame as such simple things. We did mention cleaning our room and the rather worn carpet was vacuumed better that day The room now needs decorating as looking tired. Safe not working and couldn't be repaired during our stay which meant we had to carry money passports with us. We booked room with kitchen but only had cutlery and basic tea and coffee making things. If you want crockery etc you have to ask and they will provide which wouldn't be helpful if you arrived late and were expecting at least a plate. It seems rather pointless to have a hotplate and microwave but nothing to use with them. The piece of waste ground used for parking at 25 euros a day could be made a little tidier and perhaps cleared of litter and loose rubble

We stayed for 1 night before crossing out of Rotterdam. We loved our stay here! Warmly greeted immediately by staff. Room was large and charming as pictures. Easy 10 minute walk to cruise terminal in the am.

Struttura molto vecchia, con arredi non adeguati, colazione scarsa, pochissimo assortimento di prodotti, per clientela italiana. Distanza dalla metro 12 minuti a piedi, Distanza dal bus 10 minuti a piedi. Viene classificato un hotel 5 stelle ma sarebbe un 3 stelle. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Non lo consiglio.

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the metro for easy access for day trips. Their breakfast was lovely and the small hotel bar was very cheerful.

Nice boutique hotel. We weren’t really prepared for the stairs in our room as my wife has walking disability so that could have been communicated better or different room offered but we were only there 2 nights so it was manageable. Otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast was worth the stay.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with high quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. They offered more bread than we could eat and they were delicious. We also like how the hotel will plant a tree if we decide to skip room cleaning service for a day.

Corner suites were really nice. High ceilings and incredible bathroom.

This Hotel policies are arcane. I did not enjoy the attitude of the staff nor the management. I do not recommend this hotel.

Et virkelig lækkert lille butiquehotel med et utroligt venligt og imødekommende personale. Ligger dejligt centralt.

I had an early flight and asked if i could check in early and they did which was very helpful. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was beautiful with high end quality furbishments. Very pleasant indeed thank you
