Thermae2000 is a known for its spa and great pools. These were fantastic. The hotel however, was not great at all. Staff was very rude and people at the reception hardly knew their job. We had to come over for every small miscommunication and this happened very often. Things also weren’t properly explained to us, and navigating the building was a hassle because of the lack of routing. Communication about restaurants was also very unclear. The “fancy restaurant” at the hotel, turned out to also be a poolside restaurant. Dresscode was unclear and we were offered a wet fabric chair while wearing formal clothes. Reception was in the pool entrance because of construction in the hotel entrance. This was poorly communicated and hard to navigate at night. The hotel entrance had no lights, it was full of trash and tools and we saw multiple people struggle to enter the lobby. Most of the rooms feel dated or are in construction. We had a new room, which was fine. We however had a random old fridge, left in the middle of the room (we already had a fridge). We also didn’t get any body lotion, make up pads or q tips. Pretty weird for a hotel next to a spa. Breakfast was alright but was clearly the same every day of our stay. Plates weren’t even redressed, just replaced the day after. The breakfast also lacked a lot of warm options, such as pancakes. Overall, the pool really saved our stay. It’s a great pool and therms, but the hotel was very mediocre at best.

We had a lovely stay. My only suggestion would be more water fountains, especially in relaxation areas. All these saunas are a thirsty business.

They couldn’t find our paid booking. I spent 1 hour sitting in lobby on the phone with Expedia and their guest services. We were given $100 in credit but that money was not worth my time and the utter frustration my husband and I went through. This trip was supposed to be relaxing

Aangenaam en ontspannend verblijf. Bij afsluiten van bezoek waren de douchegels spijtig genoeg opgebruikt,als enig aandachtspuntje.

Thermae 2000 is a beautiful spa and the hotel is lovely. The room was large with a patio with chairs so we could sit outside. Unfortunately there was a problem the night we were there with a smoke alarm that continued to go off and was quite disruptive. Also, one warning to older guests. The shower was in a tub with a very high step and no bar so you really have to be careful not to fall.

Espace détente au top. Petit bémol sur le fait que tres peu de personnel parle français. De plus, la variété au niveau de la nourriture est très limitée. Pour le reste rien a signaler. Nous reviendrons.

Gelijk altijd een zeer leuke ervaring met geweldige massages en vriendelijk personeel! Zeker een aanrader om volledig tot rust te komen en te ontspannen.

The hotel is big, comfy and well equipped. There are adequate signs in the wellness area so you won’t get lost. One thing I was not satisfied with is that the receptionist said the massage chairs were “included” in the access but in the end we had to pay for the usage. It was not communicated clearly that it is an additional purchase.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

The whole experience was very pleasant, from the check-in to the thermal baths and saunas to the room service and food. I have nothing to complain about and would like to stay here again when I visit the Netherlands again.

Mooi hotel en alles binnen handbereik

Beautiful place, it was relaxing and de-stressing. Both facilities and food were amazing. We consider coming back.
