전반적으로 깔끔하고 좋았어요~ 주방시설도 잘 되어있고 세탁하기도 좋았어요. 수영장이 좋아보였는데 아침일찍 체크아웃해야해서 이용하지 못한 아쉬움이 남네요.

Everything you need, with a restaurant, pool and more. The rooms are modern with everything you need to make some basic meals. There isn’t a kitchen sink, but there is a handy pop up portable basin to wash dishes in so you don’t have to use the bathroom sink.

What a gem! We loved the heated pool & hot tub & slide. We used them each night in winter! We could walk to the Wanaka tree & the lakes edge. Town was a little bit farther, so we took the car, but it is walkable if it was a little warmer. Our family appreciates 2 bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We spent a day skiing at Cardrona and the drive was easy. I highly recommend this property!

Close to very good restaurants and Wanaka lake! Our family had a very comfortable stay!

Great room and amenities.

Lovely place to stay - they only clean after 3 days which we weren't aware of. The room was lovely and would stay again.

Friendly staff welcoming on arrival and departure, but not trained in the multi tasks they were expected to do e.g. reception staff also doing bar work, unable to mix drinks. The property is good with excellent facilities, but there is a lack of attention to detail e.g. build up of dust in rooms which will eventually lead to poor cleanliness, tables and seating in communal areas with food crumbs unattended to over 2 days, external pathways and staircases left unswept with buildup of leaves and garden debris.

Loved staying here; it was amazing value. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and in great condition. The free laundry facilities were great and the pool and hot pool finished our days perfectly. Couldn't recommend enough!

This hotel is a poor excuse for one. There was no room-service in the six nights that we stayed. They are only interested in you joining a "Club Wyndham" membership. The dishwasher didn't work. The front desk staff even asked us to bring back the plates from room service. This place is not worth the money. I can never stay here again. It's probably why it's not linked with Ramada any more.

Wish the property was completely smoke free. Didn’t like leaving your room and have people smoking on their balcony. This would put me off coming again

Ok property, bathroom limited. Apartment but no wash up facilities but for the bathroom. Bed average, communication could be better.

This stay is part of a longer trip exploring New Zealand. Even though it was a little way out of the town centre (a 20 minute walk) it was ideal for us. The area was stunning, and so relaxing, we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a smashing stay.

Upon arrival there were no parking spots available. So I parked directly in front to check in. We were told that parking is hard to find this time of year, but wasn't given any options for alternatives. I ended up parking in a spot between a storage container and bicycles. My wife and I then entered the room to only find out there was no air-conditioning. It was extremely hot with only a ceiling fan for air movement. I called the front desk to ask why the room did not have air-conditioning when on Expedia it clearly stated all rooms come with it. The lady informed me that only family sized rooms come with it and by next year all the rooms will have air-conditioning. What an absolute disappointment this was. The lady said they offer portable air conditioner fans but currently there were none and that we should check back the next day to see if anyone dropped one off. We also noticed that the top sheet of the bed was dirty with sand/dirt. Exhausted from the long drive of the day we took the sheet off and just laid on the mattress with the loud ceiling fan that sounded like it was playing pingpong on high. We thought if we opened the window it would cool down the room, but couldn't do that without having a ton of insects come inside.The next day came and not a single person had returned one, which I'm not surprised being how hot the rooms get. Also we did not receive turn down service for new towels or new sheets. I'd never recommend staying here and we will never be back.

Property was lovely and the room was excellent. Very nice.

A very nice quiet location with very good, friendly service.

The thing to call out is this is a Time Share property. That means rooms don't get serviced, the restaurant exists to provide the free breakfast for the "time share sell" appointment. The pool is less than 1/4 the size of photos, and you would only use it if you are happy for children to spend all day bombing you while their parents look on. And all this for the price you would pay for a 5 star option. Lesson learned - These places are for the people who have purchased a timeshare and are desperate to get a booking - thus the standard only needs to be "available". Will never stay at a Wyndham again.

Pools were great - nice restaurant and bar - guests and staff all very friendly and welcoming - nice quiet place away from noise - loved it thankyou.

Excellent location for a vacation.

Nice property and mostly seemed to cater to young families. It’s a timeshare and there seemed to be lots of families enjoying the pool area. Quite small.
