Good service!! Clean room and very kind people!!

주니어스위트에서 1박 했습니다. 웰컴드링크부터 시작해서 방에는 마카롱이 준비되어 있었고 손편지 등 서비스는 완벽했습니다. 뜻밖에도 호텔에 자쿠지와 사우나가 있어서 무료로 예약해 프라이빗한 목욕도 할 수 있었습니다. 룸컨디션 완벽했고 다음에도 오클랜드 시티센터에 잠시 묵어야할 일이 있다면 그랜드 윈저를 선택할 것 같습니다. 조식은 부페식은 아니었지만 만족했습니다.

오클랜드 시내중심이 위치한 정말 좋은 호텔 엠갤러리 계열 호텔의 디자인은 상당히 모던하고 고급스러움 루이비통 매장 바로 옆에 위치하여있고 쇼핑지역 한가운데 있어 이용이 매우 편리함 엠갤러리 계열호텔은 어느정도 레벨이상의 방이 아닌 경우 욕조가 없는 점이 아쉬움

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel, however our stay was bitter sweet. We enjoyed the restaurant & we were in the Duchess Suite on level 7 which was just gorgeous, however we stayed at Fable for a relaxing & unwinding few nights only to be directly above/next to the roof top night club next door. The music was booming & so loud along with clubbers until 2.30am. I called down to reception around midnight only to be told ‘oh what music’ & I’ll get back to you! It’s quite obvious that they would know! Then we were awoken early with loud humming noise & clunking only to realize that the house staff service lift was right next to us. This meant no sleeping in as they start early to do their jobs, so overall a very disappointing stay. I’m also an Accor member then to be told I couldn’t use my card to get reward points in the restaurant as I booked through a third party. Usually stay at M Social as we visit Auckland a couple of times a year for a getaway from Australia, so as lovely as this hotel is, I would only stay again if I could be guaranteed a very quiet room & not just get an ‘I’m sorry’ about the noise. I had asked to speak to a manager on duty after the first night, however there was no manager there on a Sunday.

We arrived just off of 14 1/2 hour flight. The front desk was already accommodating and we were able to check in in a couple hours early. If we ever come to Rockland again, we will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was very good. Great location.

The first room had a bad smell which we were then quickly moved to a new room. The house keeping missed a few things but the stay was fine. Access to the sauna was limited by appointment, but then when we asked to use it, were told it needed to be turned on to heat up. The gym was very small without air conditioning, towels, or water. Location was good.

Vi hade två nätter på detta hotell. Väldigt fint inredda rum med bra utrymme. Bra läge mitt i stan. Kvinnan i receptionen hade väldigt annorlunda accent/brytning så det var svårt att förstå vad hon sa, vilket gjorde att vi fick lista ut en del saker på efterhand. Städningen under vistelsen var lite slarvig, och de diskade inte ur kaffekopparna som vi gärna hade använt även dag två. Dock var Valet-servicen väldigt bra, och de servade oss till och med utanför sina tider då vi missat vilken tid vi behövde lämna mot flygplatsen.

We were not welcomed at Fable. Instead, we were sent to Pullman. We were told there was an "air con" issue.

The property is in a very central location and was reasonably priced. The hotel and room was clean. We had a room on the first floor and all the windows were blocked out and looked into the hotel. The room was also very warm and the air con didn’t seem to work. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly or lock which was annoying, but this was by design not an error. The safe didn’t lock. I only realised it was an Expedia VIP access property after checking out as we received no benefits when staying here. The staff were not particularly friendly, except for one of the concierge who was nice. We asked to check-in early after arriving on a red eye flight at 11am, the receptionist told us he would give us a call when our room was ready and we never got a call, so checked in at 2pm (the normal check-in time). We were not made aware of any facilities and only learned later that the hotel had a gym and spa. Not a terrible hotel by any means, but certainly not 5 star and should not be considered a VIP access property.

Excellent service and rooms are fine.

It was fantastic. We loved the hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

This was a super convenient choice for our upcoming cruise. Staff was pleasant.

The luggage storage was efficient and secure. Most staff were friendly. One front desk staff could have communicated better when waiting for housekeeping to ready the room.

Clean rooms, great location, close to the ferry port and lots of delicious restaurants. Would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice and in a very centralized area within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the wharf. The price was really good too!

Bathroom cleaning was not very good
