모텔이라기엔 펜션 느낌이 나는 숙소였습니다. 침실이 따로 있고 주방과 식탁, 소파, 싱글침대가 놓인 거실 덕분에 공간 활용이 자유롭고 잠깐 다른 일을 하기에도 좋았어요- 무엇보다 주인분께서 정말 친절하셔서 기억이 남습니다.

We stayed in the newer units to be southern end of the complex. Room was mostly clean, but previous guests have damaged some soft furnishings and paintwork - not detrimental t our trip but once noticed hard not to… this accommodation s away from the traditional hotel precinct of Rotorua BUT this a a good thing if you have hired a car - and the Skulne gondola and other attractions are a relatively short walk away. We’d stay again next time we are in NZ!

The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and up.

잠시 머물기 좋았는데 지역내 정전이 있어서 약간의 불편함이 있었음. 하지만 직원이 친절하게 잘 안내해주어서 만족스러웠음. 숙소 내 알파카 등 동물이 있어 어린이가 있는 가족이 좋을듯 싶습니다. 침구가 편안하고 깨끗했습니다. 신축건물이었는데 앞에가 공사장 뷰라 조금 아쉽.

Stayed in family room for 5. Older style unit.
ves: Clean, comfortable and quiet overnight stay. Facilities were nice both inside and surrounding
(alpacas, sheep, playground).
-ves: One tiny bottle of shampoo and body wash not enough for a family. 5th person only has a bed sheet for the sofa bed so need to ask for a blanket and top sheet. No pillow available even though you pay extra for 5th person. Reception not really pro-active or helpful.
Ideal for young families (2 kids) or groups of 4 or less.

What a great place! Loved petting the farm animals on the property with Alpacas and Sheep. They have an onsite laundry and a fully equipped kitchen as well.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom unit, very comfy beds. Only downside was there was no milk given for the tea & coffee & the guest laundry was hard to access due to housekeeping using it. Playground for kids was good & they have alpacas right out the front.

Very pleasant staff. Accommodation was comfortable and of a very high standard. Close to several tourist attractions and not far from the town centre. Lovely countryside surroundings.
