방도 넓고 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절해서 아늑하게 묵을 수 있었어요. 다만 퀸스타운 다운타운에서 거리가 조금멀고 언덕길이여서 위치는 조금 불편합니다. 거리가 조금 있는만큼 조용해서 쉬기엔 너무 좋았습니다.

Room was big and kitchen well-equipped. The bathroom was also nice. The property is older but well-maintained. What I didn’t like was that there was a street next to it which was quite noisy.

Had a great sleep in a good bed. Plenty of space to speard out. The kitchenette was a bonus. Front desk person was lovely.
An easy walk to downtown and convenient to catch the Orbus to and from the airport.

The lady at reception was awesome. The honey moon suite does not have a balcony… TV wouldn’t go, but as it was after hours couldn’t communicate with anyone … Dial 0 for reception, but no phone in the room to do so!!!

Very dated and old. Not clean. The room had a very bad odor when we arrived. The carpet was full of stains. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Very very expensive for what you get. This was the most expensive and the worst place we stayed in during our 2 week long trip around New Zeeland. I would not recommend Hurleys to anyone. Absolutely terrible!

A lovely place to stay for everyone from couple to family or just friends traveling together.
Well located with a beautiful view just out the door and with all the facility you need such as a gym and a sauna 😁

Friendly and welcoming staff, easy check in
Looks like updates are happening as saw curtain rods, boxes of things in hallway during day
The only negative was sometimes getting into a park was tricky, but that can't really be helped due to the shape of the driveway and parking area

Near bus stop to Airport & Arrowtown. I stayed this motel because room has bath tub. In New Zealand, most of accomodation has no bath. We walked long distance but we have bath in my room, so my legs are not tired. My studio room was big and has small veranda.
When we arrive before check in time, reception let us in my room. It was good. I found used milk bottle in my fridge when we arrived. I found some nuts in my floor, maybe cleaner rushed to make room?? No big issue for us anyway.
Small kitchen has everything all we need for 2 nights. They can keep our suitcase after check out time which is helpful. Check out was 10am, our flight was early evening. They closed entrance door by 6pm, so we needed to pick up our bag much early than plan.
Over all, we had good staying. The price was better than other places. Room was big enough and small kitchen and bath!
