Nice clean rooms. Dairy change new clean towels and top up coffee/tea. Free usage of washer and dryer machine.

Very dirty, smelling, no garbage can,no hangers, no iron, no bedside tables. Never recommend.

There was a pizza in the oven from the last person who stayed the rubbish not emptied and i was bitten by fleas was not impressed at all

For the price its great for a couple of nights, easy access to the motorway if your traveling to Wellington, Stokes Valley etc, Petone is just around the corner. The downside is the Traffic noise is non stop any time of day or night. The driveway needs addressing as you will bottom out when exiting if your aint carefull. The carpet in my room stunk from possibly the carpet, there must have been a flood at some point. The carpet needs ripping out and the room a good airing. The shower curtain had mold and needs replacing. Where was the tea towel or dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes. Very poor signal for Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube on the TV. They all kept losing signal halfway through a show or movie.

Light above bed didn't work, no extractor in bathroom so everything foggy, I felt ever movement my partner made when in bed it was so soft. Only 1 glass and 1fork to share. Couch was hard and uncomfortable. Tv remote didn't work until we stretched out springs so batteries had connections.

Towels were stained along with the dishcloth, so didn't feel to shower. Toilet bowl was not clean, neither any of the lino floors. No tea towels to dry dishes, cobwebs and because it was a warm day we had bare feet and before bed we checked them and they were very dirty, same thing in the morning sadly. To pick up the key at 10.30 having just come off the ferry, you had to go to another property which meant crossing a road then having to walk to the rear of the property in the dark and find a lock box, but not as I know it. Sleeping was another issue, you could feel the springs thru the mattress so they need to go to the tip really. So, no recommendations here🙀🙀

Greeted by sign with another motel's address to collect keys. Asked if I got after-hours check-in email and giggled when I said no, is 8.30pm after-hours? Had to go back to other motel to request tea towel, dish sponge, face cloths and hand towels. Took time to produce 1st two. Learnt they don't provide face cloths or hand towels, only bath towels and mat. Ignored dirty towel. No instructions for old stove with markings worn off controls. Minimal cutlery. No sharp knife. Dish detergent provided in used plastic orange juice bottle. Ceiling light installed inside stall shower.

Room cleanliness was non existent even when we had to wait for the staff to clean before we entered. There were kitchen facilities but no pots or pans to cook with. Plates etc and cutlery were dirty. Neither of the lights in the bathroom worked, one was missing the bulb completely. Mould on the inside of the shower head. Honestly wish I had checked the reviews before staying here. Definitely would not recommend in current state.

Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay!

it’s really bad experience form my side . Not tidying up. Room didn’t clean properly & toilet too.

Not as clean as we expected. Only 1 rubbish bin for the whole house (no bin in the toilet).

Convenient position, nice walk to waterfront. Close to shops. Comfortable bed, spacious room.

On arrival had to get all the bedding changed it was dirty and stained, booked for 3 people only had 2 towels asked for another they brought a tea towel. Took about 3 times to explain. No milk in the rooms

Check in at a seperate location. TV didnt work properly. Toilet was broken. Bathroom was disgusting.

Fruktansvärt smutsigt. Dåligt service. Smutsiga handdukar, 3st för 6 personer. Bara en pratade engelska. Högljudda grannar. Enda positiva var gratis parkering.

It was SUPER dirty. Stove had food splattered on it and the fridge had crumbs inside. The shower was either stained black or had black mold in the tub. The bedding had stains and burn holes all over them. DON'T trust the pictures ! It was nothing like them, other than the space layout. Minus the clean bedding, kitchen or bathroom and minus the bedside tables. No frying pans ! Only 2 small pots which made cooking for 4 people very tricky. There's wifi but we weren't given any password or anything to connect EVEN though it specifically promotes having free wifi !
