슬리퍼, 물 제공 안됩니다. 위치는 주변식당 식사와 폴리네시안스파 이용하기에 매우 좋습니다. 조식은 좀 부족한 느낌이고, 무료주차 가능하고 호텔 주변까지 무료주차 공간 넉넉합니다.

저렴한가격에비해 heated pool까지 사용할수잇었던 점이 너무 좋았다. 안쪽에 조용한 스파도 있어서 편안히 쉬었다. 직원들도 친절하고 침대도 편안했다

시내 중심이라 좋았으며 직원들도 친절하였다 하지만 에어컨이 안나와 밖의 온도보다 방안 온도가 더 높아 더위를 많이 타는 나로선 불편하였다 프론트에 에어컨이 시원하지 않다고 말씀드렸더니 수리중이라는 답변과 함께 선풍기를 가져다 주셨는데...옷장안에도 선풍기가 비치되어 있는걸 보니 계속 에어컨이 말썽이긴 하나보다. 그 방의 에어컨은 고치고 있질 않았던지...

We received a warm welcome from Jason upon arrival who was friendly and provided useful information.
We had booked a Superior Lake View room which was on the 3rd floor. The hotel is currently undergoing a refit but unfortunately our room had not yet received a rejuvenation and was quite dated, tired and definitely not superior. I'm sure once the update takes place the room will be a lot better.
Even though the room is sold as having a lake view, the view of the lake was not great, with just a small part of the visible between trees. You'd really want to be on the 5th floor to get a good view.
The bed was comfy but the pillows were a bit lumpy and other guests doors slamming and squeezing could easily be heard in our room.
The reception area was nice and looked great as did the outside of the hotel.
Breakfast was decent enough and all off the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Overall it was a good stay.

The room was adequate and relatively new looking.
A little small we thought.
The front restaurant had good meals which was thoroughly enjoyed. Needed though as it is the only 'not fast food' place close to the hotel.
Breakfast choice was very good.
The building is looking tired in my opinion. It needs some updating.
Pool area needs to be better seated.

This was our first stay at Millenium Rotorua. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable.
We dined in the restaurant, the food was tasty. We also had breakfast poolside. The cost for this was pretty high given the selection that was available. The staff at the bar were awesome. That area could be made to look more exciting with more of a selection of spirits on show, it was a little lacklustre and not conducive to an extended visit, more of a “pop in” place. Overall we would definitely return here, it’s a great location and we thought the staff we encountered were fabulous!

Most staff were kind of rude (save for a few who were friendly and helpful). The bathroom was barely acceptable when it came to cleanliness - there was pink mould in most of the grout as well as dusty corners everywhere. The swimming pool was quite warm and the 16 hot pools area was decently nice - the spa ladies were lovely and helpful. Worst part is probably the cleaner on checkout morning who started knocking while we were asleep at 8:30am to see if we had left, in total she knocked like three times well before checkout which was annoying.
Checkout was easy breezy.
5.7/10 wouldn't come again
