The room was great, staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the Chamois was amazing, better even than the buffet at the Hermitage.

Conditions and location are excellent. Hotel has its own restaurant Price is reasonable and food amounts is very enough. However, it doesn't have lunch and dinner end at 9:00pm. If you come late, you can eat snack only.

객실이 너무나 좁고 room내에 간단한 조리를 할 수 있는 인덕션과 씽크대가 없다. 그렇다고 Lodge내 식당 음식이 맛있지도 않고 비싸기만하다

Valley view room was superb, room clean and comfortable. Would have given 5 stars across the board however, still some issues they need to work out regarding their heater and telephone. Heater stopped working after we came back from dinner, luckily we found some extra blankets to keep us warm overnight. Phone was not working either.

Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Motel style with bar and restaurant. Room was nice, reception area had an awful smell, not sure what is was, possibly the carpet. However, we were not staying in reception! So overall a nice property.

Room with a view down the valley was worth the extra cost. Requested in advance that beds be set as 2 singles. This hadn't been done but was quickly rectified. Limited dining options is our only grumble. Excellent base for a few days

價格相宜，房間整潔舒適。景觀面向開楊雪山還附有露台。餐廳食物很出色，但只開4pm-11pm，其除時間要走15分鐘路到hermitage酒店會有記念品店，咖啡廳向餐廳酒吧。

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms seem updated and clean, and had great views (the front rooms have a better view of the mountains of course). Also the on site restaurant was perfect for dinner.
