뉴마켓역에서 10분거리라 걸어다니기 편했고 버스와 기차 이용이 용이했다. 방이 좀 좁아서 불편했고 테이블이 너무 작아서 일을 하는게 불편했다. 에어컨이 없고 선풍기가 있었다. 와이파이가 불안정 해서 30분가량은 인터넷을 할수 없었다. 전반적으로는 만족한다.

Service was good. Polite, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean but the facility needs new windows to help with the noise and draughts. I think the website distorts the truth around the size of the room and we believed you were a hotel. Nevermind you had parking which is a plus. Thankyou

Stayed here for two nights the only good things were that it was close to everything,bed was comfy, and they had good quality packages of body wash soap etc. The bad stuff about this hotel the room was tiny, windows was so thin there might as be none as they did nothing to block out the noise, the power box kept flicking off so we had to keep flicking it back on, one of the lamps didn't work properly and would flicker on and off, going into the bathroom there was a raised bit that me and my partner kept stubbing our toes on, when we first got to the hotel it smelt like rotten eggs in the bathroom so had to have the door open and fan on to air it out, anytime another guest went through a door it would shake stuff in our room, the elevator needs to be updated as it was rattling. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

My stay was good ,the room was clean and the hotel is very central,I will be staying there again when traveling to Auckland

It certainly get what you pay for. Room was great, a number of issues with paid parking where those that don't pay were allowed to park in parking. Very quick version of a service in the room and floors in corridor and room weren't vacuumed at all during a 3 night stay

Great place to stay overnight. Access is only one entrance and is easily missed late at night. Very clean room. The air conditioning was set too high at 25 °c, so I kept it off, which was fine. The beds were very comfortable and immaculately made. One suggestion for management is to purchase a valance to put on the bed bases to cover them up. This makes for a better-presented bed. Parking was reasonably priced. Good stay.

You only get what you pay for Smelly and road noise if you have front rooms

Lovely staff, great location, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Didn't like finding a cockroach on my rooms fridge though.

Great for a two night stay. Easy to get to off motorway and easy to get back onto motorway from. Reasonably easy walking distance to the shopping mall and bars/cafes. Good parking available. Room was clean. Very happy and would stay again.

Hotellet var et nødvendigt ophold under min Bikepackertur. Herligt med mulighed for køkken facilitet og aktivitet. Herligt og god rengøring

Domestic abuse in room next to me, keep me up at night

Terrible service. They pretty much refused to give us towels saying when we asked (7am) it was too early and we had to wait after 8. We cluldnt wait that long because we were on a schedule. They still wouldn't give us towels when we got back cause it was too late (10pm) The next morning we waited until after 9am and they still wouldnt give us towels sayi g we had to wait until room service checked in with every room in the hotel. Also parking is $15/day, just fyi.

Everything, only down side is the room was not service daily. At times when you run out of bathroom supplies you had to wait till next morning.

At first I put a very damaging review which was truthful due to poor cleanliness, dirty facilities, annoying staff and traffic noise. I changed my review to good due to an excellent refund policy which several hotels do not honor. So thank you for your service!

I killed three bugs in my room and it was noisy at night. The place itself was not in good condition. The bed was okay and they had some household goods available in the room. I would not stay here again.
