만족합니다 주변을 둘러보기에 위치가 좋았고 호텔의 고풍스러운 분위기가 독특하고 마음에 들었습니다 포함된 아침식사도 만족스럽습니다 편안하고 즐겁게 머무르고 갑니다

너무 전통적이고 고급스런 느낌의 호텔이었어요. 식사를 룸서비스해서 먹어도 좋아요.

We really appreciated the historic value of this property. The story of the hotel is fascinating! The location was also central with easy walking access to cafes, restaurants, and the lakefront. The hotel staff were kind. We used Prince’s Gate as our launching point in Rotorua for three days to experience the volcanic areas of NZ. This included a sea plane flight with Volcanic Air, a visit to the free foot baths nearby the hotel, a drive to see Mt Doom in Tongariru National Park, and walks through wai o taupo and waimangu. The Prince’s Gate served as a good centralized location. We also appreciates the free parking right around the corner from the hotel.

The dining room and bar staff were wonderful!

Good location and options for a spa at when theirs was not working.

Zimmer und Bett waren gut. Abendessen und Frühstück jedoch leider eher nicht…

The bathroom needs a redo. Broken tiles and cheap laminate countertops. The pool was not open and we were not informed in advance. We would have booked another property. Breakfast was poor. Everything was cold.

We stayed in an apartment in an adjacent building. The decor was vibrant and colorful in a style perhaps reminiscent of the 1920's. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient, walkable to shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was okay, but not remarkable. The breakfast room got very noisy with the clatter of dishes when the employees started setting up the tables for the lunch service and clearing away breakfast items. This happened all three days we were there. This probably could have been done more quietly if the employees had sufficient training.

L’hotel è in posizione strategica per chi voglia scoprire Rotorua e le sue bellezze naturalistiche. Prenotiamo all’ultimo minuto e siamo alloggiati nella struttura adiacente l’hotel. Avremmo sperato di dormire nell’edificio storico, ma va benissimo anche l’appartamento che ci viene riservato nella dependance. Personale competente e gentile, camera pulita e confortevole. L’hotel offre un happy hour e, con il bel tempo, è gradevole sedersi sotto il portico a sorseggiare un cocktail. Cena buona, forse ci aspettavamo qualcosa in piu

First off all that smell in a rooms ( we have 2 rooms for 2 nights), light in a bathroom wasn’t turned on, had to click on for a few times, can hear neighbors around you, bad insulation. Very disappointing stay. Sorry for that review, but can give more than 2 stars.
