Good place for family trips

호텔은 위치도 나쁘지 않고 깨끗하고 좋았으나 방에 들어가보니 방안에 커다란 기둥이 있어서 테이블에 앉아서는 티비가 보이지 않았다. 아마 오피스빌딩을 개조해서 호텔로 만드는 과정에서 몇몇방에 기둥이 있는것 같았는데 아무튼 불편했음. 그리고 화장실도 따로 있는게 아니라 방 한구석에 불투명 유리로 되어있어서 예민한 사람들한테는 신경이 많이쓰일것 같다.

All excellent. One thing is that they need free parking place.

At around 5 pm, we had to wait for a Room during Check in at the reception due to the Hotel system down loading problem according to the hotel staff. It is not a pleasant time for all family members to wait at the lobby, even if no customers on the line due to the hotel's inexperienced one guy staff without kindness. It ruined my beginning of holiday at Rotorua. However, Check out was good with a professional staff without any waiting process

Good room with great view. Smart hotel entrance. E-bikes available to hire directly from the hotel. Well located for foodies and for access to the Polynesian Spa.

Room was dark and toilet had a gap in the ceiling. Staff came into the room twice during the morning even though we had extended

Staff were incredible, really appreciate all of their hsrd work. The room was disappointing for what we paid, bed wasnt really a king-size like we booked, shower smelt like mould, the toilet walls and is in full view of the rest of the room (gross!), the room had very poor lighting and we could hardly see anything even with all the lights on. No ammenities. The food was always cold each morning.

While I pay quite a significant of money, I do not expect the toilet and the bathroom to be apart the inside of the room. Both my partner and I find it weird that while doing No.2, the rest of the room could smell it..... it's awkward.

Great location, probably best hotel in Rotorua. Love the milk on tap. Nice gym, excellent TVs that aren't locked down like other hotels. Negatives - valet parking is so expensive that it sits empty, bed not super comfortable, and the lighting setup is bizarre. Can't turn on bathroom light separately to bedroom light, so you'll wake people up.

Staff very helpful. Clean. Beautiful gardens

In general, the room is tidy but not clean. Shower head is rusted. Hair dryer test is expired over 18 months, don’t feel safe for the kids to use it. No drinking water supply in hotel room, very inconvenient to walk to lobby to get water. Feel over priced for the condition of the hotel room facilities and cleanness.

Large room with no storage other than a very small wardrobe. No draws enabling a suitcases to be unloaded. Comfortable and clean but dark with very little lighting. No movie channels just free to air. Aircon was very good and quiet. We considered room was built for wheel chair access.

Loved the feel and the vibe of the place. Didn’t like how the toilet and shower were placed, use to having those amenities behind a separate section. Didn’t really like hearing my husband poop while I was watching tv
