관리가 잘 된 호텔입니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 관광지가 가까워서 여러모로 편리했습니다.

매우 청결하고 편안합니다

깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되고 있었습니다. 주차장도 여유가 있었구요. 마을의 중간에 위치도 괜찮았습니다.

Rotorua is small and typical area and host at Regal resort is very generousand warm-welcomed.

Our room was close to the 'entertainment' area, where the pool, mini golf, etc. are located. So it was quite noisy outside of our room, some days until past 9pm. We were normally at our room past 5-6pm. We were quite tired from hikes and this was not ideal for us as we needed quiet to rest and sleep. Air conditioning was pretty decent. We weren't able to turn on the washroom lights without triggering the fan which in turn was bringing in the sulphur smell from the outside (common in Rotorua). We ended up not using the lights in the washrooms to prevent that. The WIFI was pretty much unusable! We told them; nothing they could do about it at the time. So be warned it's very bad. The room cleanness of the room was average I'd say. Things in the room look pretty old/used. Overall, very average motel. Nothing special or fancy. We didn't think this place was worth the money we paid for.

Regal Palms was wonderful - nice staff, well equipped rooms and great facilities. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool!

Had a pleasant stay here. Great extra amenities, especially if you are travelling with children. Novel having a bath (unfortunately spa function didn’t work) in the bedroom. Heated floor in bathroom was a bonus. Wouldn’t recommend if you prefer a dark sleeping environment.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were really comfortable. Ample parking within the grounds and a short drive into town. We spent time in the heated pool and enjoyed the on-site mini golf and tennis. Highly recommended this accommodation.

Love this but only thing was disappointed in how cool the pool was, said it was heated to 30c but was much colder than that

Check-in and staff were nice, room was fine, the bathroom was weird but not gross (had a jet bathtub -hot tub?) in it. I wouldn’t use it, but others may find it fine. Seemed to be things for kids to do, close to the tree walk. Good: quiet, full on stuff to make meals, you could park right by room (like a motel). Not as good: just a bit old. But it was fine

Spacious rooms, a bit dated decor, fully functional kitchen. It is a pitty no food options onsite.

Needs remodeling. Old style. But quaint and nice.

WiFi was very spotty. Dust on the lamps near the bed.

Too close to the street

Clean and comfortable. Spacious room with huge spa bath, plenty of appliances for cooking and Nespresso coffee machine. Very good indeed.

Beautiful room and a very comfortable king bed.

The rooms are clean and maintained very well.
