I didn’t get to stay there as I had a medical emergency on the flight from LAX. I was greeted by paramedics at Auckland airport and taken to the hospital. Expedia would not provide a refund.

We stayed in a beautiful cottage on an orange orchard. It was so quiet and comfortable. It was fantastic for our stay and I would stay here again.

accueil très sympathique nous n'avions pas compris que la salle de bain était partagée, et le frigo aussi je conseille de ne rien laisser dans le frigo: on s'est fait voler par un client indélicat nos moules et le poisson fumé ce type d'hébergement nous a permis de discuter avec les propriétaires et quelques clients tout autour du motel, des orangers, d'où un grand calme

Stunning location, ultra relaxing and private. So friendly and greeted with a bowl of grown oranges from their grove.

A lovely relaxing stay, loved the surroundings of orchards, and the dogs, pigs and chickens as well as a very warm welcome. Thank you very much x

Definitely my favourite stay after 3 months of travelling NZ. Such a lovely, quiet location with parking right outside. So nice to be able to see the chickens & visit the pigs and fresh fruit from the grounds were left in my room on arrival. Super friendly & helpful staff too

Beautiful scenery, really peaceful and relaxing. Close the town, the people were very friendly and helpful.

We didn't expect it has only shared bathrooms and kitchen, but that was okay.

Fantastic hostel facilities in the Main House. Highly Recommend.

Warm and friendly. Loved the fire in the lounge that warmed the whole house and the art work all around the lodge. Very reasonably priced.

Great relaxing place, convenient location and friendly staff and pets!

The property was perfect, it had everything you would need for a break away. It was nice and secluded, warm and clean. Thank you Claus for letting us stay in such a beautiful cottage, we loved our stay and will definitely return. Dyson( our dog) also says thank you, he loved meeting the Kune Kune pigs.
