Staff were amazing!

The kindest and friendliest staff with the most comfy beds. Everything I needed after a day of traveling. The breakfast was the icing on the cake as it was delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend to friends and will plan to come back!

This is a lovely hotel right in the centre of Wellington a 2 minute walk from the BeeHive parliament building. The staff were super helpful and friendly upon arrival. We used their valet service and although there was ample car parks we could have used, it was an easy and efficient service to use. Our room was great and the bed very snuggly. We ate in the dining room and had an excellent meal on our second night and once again great service. Would highly recommend this hotel

We spent 3 days at Sofitel, everyday when we were sleeping, there were someone (hotel staff) knocking our door, no matter in the morning, afternoon, or at night, or all the time! There is a chandelier on the top of the bedside table, which is a very weird design, and unfortunately, the chandelier is very dirty and dusty, whenever I pick up or put something on the tablle, my head will hit on the chandelier, and a lot of dust fell. The restaurant is under average level, kind of Asian-western mixed food, and had diarrhea after dinner.

From room service to restaurant service, I am very satisfied. The bed is comfortable and I had a very good sleet.

Found clothes in the bottom drawer of our wardrobe and hair in our bathroom when we checked in - hence the cleanliness rating. Excellent service however staff are utmost attentive.

Really lovely rooms, and great staff, divine breakfast and great valet parking with a cold bottle of water given for my journey. Will return for sure.
