My husband and I stayed at this property prior to a cruise. The cruise ship pulled up right next to our building. We literally walked down stairs to get on the ship...we did not know this when we booked so if this gets to the internet I want others to know!! The location was great. Shopping is on the street that intersects the wharf. We bought a few groceries and did some window shopping. We took tours in Auckland and they picked up from the M-Social hotel which is at the top of the wharf - one building away. The view from the apartment was great, especially at night. The ferry boats leave from the docks you can see from the apartment so are just a short walk away. And there re plenty of restaurants in the area.

Loved my stay, did not want to leave. Enjoyed the view of the city and watching the ferries come and go. Great location close to restaurants and the Maritime Museum.

Sehr schönes Studie. Geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestatet. Geniale Terrasse und wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Hafen, das CBD und den Sky Tower. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Upon arrival, 2 of the window shades were lying on the floor, another was severely tangled, which i fixed because the apartment is surrounded by all glass windows so the shades were important for sleeping! The TV wssnt working (they fixed it the next day), the shower head was loose/warn out and sprayed water all over the bathroom literally! There were only 2 bath towels, detergent for 1 load of laundry and an empty dishwashing liquid container. Whoever was responsible for checking the apartment before the guests arrived did not do their jon.!! Disappointment

It’s located in front of the ferry terminal. It was an amazing experience staying the room surrounding by beautiful sea. The balcony is so spacious and we were really relaxed with some coffee. The staff was so helpful, we could check in smoothly. I wanted to stay longer and hope to come back soon.

This studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and there was excellent communication from the owner. The check in process was very straightforward. We loved the outside space especially watching a cruise liner coming in to berth alongside - better than any TV program! The location was excellent being just 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and many lovely restaurants.

Incredible Harbor view with power shades on floor to ceiling window and huge, I mean HUGE outdoor patio! The luggage store across the street stored our bags for a fee and we were amazed by the whole experience.
