친절하셔서 좋았어요 침대에 난방기가 있어서 정말 따뜻하게 잤어요 덕분에 여행의 피로가 싹 없어졌습니다

밤9시넘어서 도착해서 호텔에서 있는시간이 좀부족했네요 그래도 깨끗하고 전기장판도있어서 따뜻하게 지낼수있었어요

리조트 안에 편의시설과 넓은 방에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 늦게 체크인 하는 바람에 많은걸 누리지 못했지만 뉴질랜드를 다시 간다면 여기서 다시 꼭 한번 잘 것 같습니다^^

The toilet was not well cleaned

Lovely greeting and service at reception but pretty downhill from there. The property is seriously dated (circa 1980s), and in desparate need of updating. Original fake wood panels, a heater that sounded like it was about to take off, really weak shower over the bath. The bathroom sink was blocked so the water barely drained and when it did, it kind of bubbled up and was giving off a pretty awful smell. Beds were mostly comfortable but the 2 mattresses joined in the middle was not great. Clean i guess (blocked sink aside) but hard to keep old wallpaper and 80s tiles sparkling. Given its location and the hotel brand i was hoping for better and wouldnt rush back or recommend

The place is fantastically situated if visiting Coronet peak. It is clean and about 20 mins from Queenstown city centre as well. The room service is not up to the mark. The team had to be reminded a couple of times and when the room was serviced the tea, milk and coffee and other amenities had not been replenished. On the last day, there was no hot water available and this was not promptly attended to. A flimsy excuse was given that maybe a number of guests had showered in the morning and hence there was no hot water. We ended up having a cold shower because we had to leave which was bot a good experience in the middle of winter. No compensation for the lack of service was offerred.

There is everything that you need for an easy holiday obliviously in not a 5 stars hotel but still a convenient hotel even for the location

Service was great by the reception staff who helped re arrange bedrooms for family members. Accomodated our request.

I found my room nice, clean, and warm. Staff were helpful of my needs and request of ground floor room and I was provided care and comfort throughout my stay. Even got a voucher for a free bowling game. Dinner at the restaurant was good with very caring staff who offered free room service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for best quality of accommodation in affordable price.

Was a wonderful stay The staff was very helpful and made our stay relaxing n fun the room was clean was a bonus with the bowling alley which my moko was stoked we got to play til closing time 9 pm their homemade pizzas n chips were spot on. I will definitely stay there again Thank you Swiss belresort n villas coronet peak.

I request room service. Cleaner only change towel dairy and tidy bed. Bedsheet was not change was very dusty. I understand saving of water but at least need to shake the bedsheet. Room was not vacuum and floor of toilet had our hair Bec of no vacuum. Toilet was not clean everyday. Heat was very noise could not sleep in night.

House keeping service was terrible

Clean, convenient location and safe. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

The room service for cleaning the rooms was a game of Russian roulette. If you’re lucky it’s done, if not you got to go looking for the cleaners and some towels. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the higher management who have them doing multiple tasks and very little support, shocking.
