수건을 제대로 교체 안 해주는 단점이 있지만 주번시살 좋고 1달간 잘 지냈음

It is quite convenient to access to airport and downtown area in Christchurch. And also it is just walking distance there is shopping mall and various restaurants near the motel. And there are a lot of buses to access any place in the city area.

The room was very clean, and homely the staff were amazing able to help with everything! We did have trouble with the aircon saying it was on but nothing coming out and when the cleaners came in they didn’t refill the toilet paper Overall a really good experience and definitely will be recommending

ホテルは新しく安心して宿泊できました。私は日本人で少し綺麗好きなところがあり、細かい箇所のホコリは自分で掃除しましたが、建物が新しいので、簡単な掃除で済みました。キッチンが付いている部屋で、近くのスーパーで食材を買い料理が楽しめました。カトラリーも十分です。マヌカウはローカルな町で、道路などもキレイに整備され、ステキな街でした。ショッピングモールやCafeも沢山ありましたし、遊園地にも近かったです。またマヌカウ駅近くに大きな公園があり、遊具がとても楽しかったです。またニュージーランドを訪れる際はマヌカウに行き、シーベルを利用したいです。

Property was easy to access and very lovely. Excellent for access to Airport . Nice and quiet. Very comfortable beds.

Great hotel but the surrounding feels unsafe

Nice location, easy to travel from the location. However parking is an additional cost which I think it should have been included.

Our room was excellent, the hotel had great amenities including room service and the restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service - we will be back!

In that area, a hotel with full facilities (onsite restaurant, laundry facility, 24hour Front Desk, etc.) is quite rare. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. I like their smiling faces !!

Easy place to get to.and start holidays

Our suite was very nice and clean and spacious. Only downfall, no other restaurant options but in hotel but it was very good.

I reached out three times to find out if there was an airport shuttle. I had no response except an automated one and had to call them and ask. Got an early check in though which was nice. Front desk staff were very helpful.
