Cooking pans and pots too latge for stove elements. Lid too big for pot. Fridge too cold due to missing thermostat knob. Kitchen too dark. Lights over hand basin flickering. No basic sky tv chanels. No sport to watch. Receptionist very helpful and kind.

Excellent motel for my purposes and budvet

Spacious, clean room. Well equipped; had an actual oven. Free laundry was a nice touch. Knives need sharpening and could use a vegetable peeler. I could not find any recycling containers; that would be a positive addition. Otherwise great facility.

I had an amazing stay at this motel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a pleasant smell throughout. I especially appreciated the comfortable environment, which was perfect for my toddler who has autism. It was a calm, safe space for him, and he felt at ease. The motel is also conveniently located near a lovely park, which was perfect for our baby to enjoy. Overall, we enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay.

Absolutely spotless cosy room with plenty of space to spread out and all the amenities you would ever need. Beautiful welcome from Ngawai. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean, the room smelt so nice! plenty of power points in the room for charging devices. Smart T.V. was an added bonus!

A great place to stay on the outskirts of Gisborne. A bit of room and road noise, but otherwise spacious and comfortable. Would recommend.
