It is a lot quieter than it is in town. Quite a nice property.

Just a couple of small picky things. The sink faucet leaked continuously and was loose. And the shower head was mostly plugged.

We just stayed 10 nights in this hotel and it was great. The staff was very friendly and accomodating regardless of the language barrier. It was quiet..well kept..and i felt no issues with security at all. the pool was basically always clean given thatvthe wind is always blowing and leaves do blow in regularly. I did take the time to clean out leaves as needed but that just kept me busy..lol. I would on one hand make a couole small recommendations however. Perhaps the owners should consider installing fridges in the rooms and a coffe maker. I like to be up early in he mornings to watch the sun come up and listen to the birds so a coffe maker would be great instead of having to wait until 7:30 am. The breakfast was good and just enough to get the day started. people will always find a reason to complain about something but i would return again. The recommendations i stated are not complaints but i believe those 2 items would really be beneficial to the hotel. Regards, Dean from Canada.

Extremely disappointed in this Property to the point that we were unable to stay. Checked in, went to the room, found Two beds, no tables or chairs or rugs, no hot water, concrete floor, AC shaky at best, one towel, I could go on but instead went and checked out. Property refused to give a refund, even though it was clearly not as advertised. Very disappointed.

Mein Zimmer mit Queenzize Bett war nicht fertig also habe ich ein Zimmer mit Hochbetten bekommen. Das Zimmer war nicht gerade sauber. An den Wänden hingen überall Tiere oder Larven. Ich hatte zwei Übernachtungen und mein Zimmer wurde leider nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück war lecker und man hatte eine Auswahl. Schlimm fand ich dass es in der Unterkunft nur Cola als kaltes Getränk gab noch einmal Wasser ohne Kohlensäure. Das Hotel ist viel zu teuer für so einen schlechten Standard.

Great place for the price. We are pretty laid back so it worked for us. Not in the center of town so quite quiet.

The staff was excellent but I wish we had been made aware that there was no hot water, that the laundry facilities are only available in the early morning, and that the AC unit didn’t work very well. Otherwise it’s a beautiful property within walking distance of the beach and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse est doté d'un ventilateur puissant, la climatisation n'est pas indispensable ici. La petite piscine est agréable. L'ensemble des espaces sur très propre. Je recommande vivement ! Merci au personnel du Pacifico 😊
