Our stay was excellent. The staff especially Heydi and Edwin in front went above and beyond. Management also was just wonderful to us. Heydi arranged for David to come and drive us from hotel to market, to palace to airport over 3 days and he was outstanding. Our Spanish is terrible (we are working on it) but they made us feel so comfortable. We wld definitely stay again. The only reason for not 5 stars was techno bar 2 doors down that played til 6am and vet next door that had barking dogs all night. So sleep was kind of interesting...... But the hospitality of all of the staff made up for this

Muy bueno pero casi no había agua caliente y el parqueo muy difícil acceso aunque prestan el servicio de guardarlo y sacar el carro valet en fin el servio fue muy bueno el guarda de noche muy servicial siempre atento gracias por la atención

Lindo Hotel, buena atencion…. Lo que pierde puntos es en algunos detalles como una tele en el ropero…. Control remoto no funcionaba para cambiar canales, sistema viejos deberia ser actualisado.. igual con el wifi lento.

This was my favorite hotel in Managua because of its charm. It has it has an old world feel to it but extremely clean the pool is gorgeous. The staff is so kind, nice and helpful. The security 24/7 and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Breakfast/tiki bar and the restaurant are right here. Rooms curated beautifully and are spacious, air-conditioned, slept great. It’s very safe so I highly recommend this hotel. This has a luxury feel with all the Nicaraguan elements that you would want to experience.

This hotel was so cute, it has an old touch that I actually like, it’s very green, I love the plants and trees all around, the pool is perfect and so refreshing for long hot days. The staff is so helpful and friendly, the French restaurant is really good, and the location is perfect because the nightlife and parties are just a block away. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Los Robles. Nicaragua exceeded my expectations and I’d love to go back some day soon. The people made the difference.

Great staff

They have exceptional service from the moment you park outside and are greeted by the doorman. The place has a pleasant interior area, so you can enjoy it to the fullest.

It make me feel safe, but at night you can hear loud noises from clubs around it.

The staff was so rude. I’ve never been at a hotel treated so poorly, but such rude people there was mold in the shower. There was dried blood stain on one of the pillowcases.. The air conditioner was very loud it was really a very, very poor stay

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very nice overall. Down the street you have restaurants, clubs, convenient store. Very accessible. Would recommend to anyone.

The front desk staff was amazing. The property is serene and beautiful. As a single girl traveling alone, I felt very safe. Breakfast was over the top.
