The staff were courteous and professional. Room always cleaned. Amenities great.

The staff were very courteous and ready to help but the rooms itself are in a terrible state. Passages and lobby were not any different as well.

Had to seek accommodation elsewhere after the first night

I had a good stay but top floor has no WiFi, I was frustrated but other than that all good

I stayed for 8th to 10th Jan 2024 electricity went off around 11pm on the 9th and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes. I remained awake all night using phone light to chase mosquitoes. I bathed using my phone light & moved out as early as 6:42am same time power was restored. I already started malaria medication and will never recommend this hotel

The hotel was so unique with a eco friendly and clean environment, cheerful and nice staff, quality and good facilities, and a very loving area and view around the hotel.

I stayed at the Bently Hotel. What a wonderful place. The restaurant is beautiful, the rooms are classy with nice pool area. I had breakfast before checking out, what a spread; so delicious. Ms. Rita thank you for your beautiful smile and generosity.

The Stay in the Hotel was very homely and highly secured . All the staff of the Hotel were very friendly. I enjoyed the best as a guest . Vegetarian food was served to me . I enjoyed the company of all the staff . The room was serene with all facilities . In whole I believe my decision choosing the Hotel was wise.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and seamless. My husband and I found the accommodations suitable. We would consider staying here again.

It was really great and enjoyable. It was a home away from home with amazing staff and services. Highly recommended.

Overall, a comfortable stay with very friendly staff who were always willing to assist us during our stay however necessary. Security was good, and beds were comfortable. Clean accommodations. Could use some updating, but for something we needed to just lay our heads in until we went back out for more adventures, and for the price, well worth it. Suggestion: as with any international travel, I suggest printing out or screenshotting your reservation, because sometimes it's not communicated directly with the hotel

Das Hotel war einmal eine gute Adresse, leider wurde dir letzten Jahre nichts mehr investiert um den Standard zu halten. Eine Renovierung müsste dringend stattfinden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. 3x das Zimmer gewechselt. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr vorzeigbar. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 2 Personen inkl Frühstück gebucht und man erklärte uns , dass nur eine Person Anspruch auf ein Frühstück hat. OK? Ich würde nicht noch einmal ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchen.

good property but service time frames needs improvement

spacious rooms. bad toilets. poor concept of room service. menu is a gimic. 1st & last time of stay !!

Had to change room 4 times due to faulty taps. WiFi malfunctioned throughout our stay. Had poor service in every interaction with hotel staff!

Confusion at check in,rooms should have had slippers, toiletries,non provided,bath very old and cracked,staff in restaurant very unhelpful,flies in restaurant and everywhere outside,around the pool area, very disappointed

The hotel is good with very courtesy staff. I could smell cigarette smoke in the room I was checked-in but the staff were polite in going about it. Outside this issue, I had a good experience and I would like to add that it is an expensive hotel, so I got very good deal booking with hotels.com.
