The residence scored quite low in terms of cleanliness as there were visible cobwebs in the ceilings of the lobby and practically all high ceiling areas which requires specialist long poles to remove. Thses were pointed out by my guests to the residence and of course it irritated my kids. Also as I have booked rooms from 23/12 but arrived the morning of 24/12, I was surprised to have been denied breakfast on the basis that I have checked in on 24th and all efforts by Expedia to contact the residence for a refund wasn't successful.

The staff support was poor and the supervisor was rude. We asked for a courtesy late checkout due to a change in flight schedule but they insisted on charging for it and they didn’t

When compared to the previous property I stayed, Montana is far better. It's really clean inside and staff are relatively helpful. The breakfast is nice and tasty but limited portion. Overall it was a good experience. However, I would like to see improvements in the building maintenance on the inside. For instance, the gym is a no go place. It is smelly and rusty. Expensive equipment should be put to use and not allow to grow dust. It is a good hotel and home away from home.

It was a nice hotel!! Very nice staff, convenient location, very clean. Only two quick pieces of feedback: (1) Got a call every morning at 7am to inform that breakfast was available. This would disrupt sleep, so better would be just informing upon checking in of breakfast timing, and then not calling the room early in the morning. (2) Breakfast was only included for 1 person, even though room was reserved for 2 people. Additional breakfast was 8000 naira. It would be nice if breakfast was included for everyone in room.

They have limited knowledge about how expedia works and were disturbing me to phone expedia for them thinking they're not going to get their money

Not value for the money paid

I requested for toiletries on arrival. I woke about 5:00 AM and made the same request again because my fight was 9:00AM. The receptionist and the front desk said they were getting it. I walked up to them at 5:30 AM. They said the same thing and continued to play with their phone. I had to depart from the hotel without showering. I felt cheated and completely ridiculed. Their service is really poor and appalling. The lady and the man on the front desk plus the housekeeper on the 20th morning need orientation.

Roaches in the room, blocked showered drain, intercom/phone wasn't working. I told the receptionist, they brought a Raid Spray from under the desk. They fixed the drain but after I brought it up with the booking company they said there wasn't an issue with the room. I left the same day.

The experience was good, neat, though the rooms are smaller than i though but not bad. I was disappointed with the food though, it seemed that it has stayed long time in the fridge. Every other things i give a good grade.

It was a nice check in but the room was of a lesser quality. The side light was damaged, beddings were dirty and the wall where the ac is located was not looking good. However, i called to ask for a change of room the next day and my request was granted.

The carpeting in the hallway was unsafe. I tripped and fell and suffered damage to my face, my head and knees. There’s a rise in the carpet, very uneven. Anyone can trip and fall
