I was looking forward to staying at a boutique hotel in Nigeria. But this was not it. -The hotel has no elevator -There was a leak coming from the AC- it took some time before it was fixed. -The bed was not comfortable. -There were no washcloths available for guest rooms even though that gave them upon arrival with a welcome drink, Which means they have them but would not give me one when I asked for one to use for my bath.

No onsite pool or gym. The photos used are from their former location. The gym that can be used is located at The Nordic Abuja - about a 15/20 minute walk. The hotel claims they will provide transportation but our entire stay, it was never available. For what it’s worth, I suggest just staying directly at The Nordic Abuja. However, the pool is also not open as it’s currently under construction. Overall, our stay wasn’t so bad, I just wish I would have known all these things going in. Nordic Villas shouldn’t be using these photos as the amenities are not on their property, and the photos they’re using is from their former location. The Nordic Abuja has a very nice and new gym but for their nightly rate, I think at this stage Transcorp Hilton is a better opt as all of their amenities are fully operational and make sense for their costs.

Le Nigeria n'a pas un vrai service d'hôtellerie. Ils ne savent pas faire. Pour un voyage d'affaires, je ne recommande pas The Nordic Villa. Le personnel est super, serviable et à disposition des clients. Mais les responsables de l'hôtel devraient mettre des moyens pour le comfort des clients business. Dans les chambres il n'y a que une seule prise disponible pour charger les appareils et cette prise n'est pas international.

Great team, super helpful, good food options. Some of the building can be a bit updated (doors and trim could do with replacing) but everyone was attentive, friendly and ready to help at all times.

Nice and quiet for work. The staff are really great and always willing to assist. The food menu is good but the availability is not always good. Definitely would come come back for reliability and security.

I really enjoyed my stay mainly because of the great staff. It’s a quiet place and conducive to work. I’m coming back again.

My room was full of flies, and, even after the staff came 2 times to use the spray product, the insects would still reappear. I think they have to do a serious treatment. The staff is nice and helpful though. I guess is just an old facility, I preferred the Nordic hotel they closed down, that was very well maintained compared to this villa.

I still like this property but there were small things that were missing. My room wasnt cleaned yesterday. No complementary wine. No butter at breakfast. No fresh fruit at breakfast this morning - how hard can it be to get some mangos and melon in this season?

This is still one of the best places to stay in Abuja for the price. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Rooms are a bit outdated but great for the price.

Excellent staff, extremely well organised and a delightful place to stay. The unexpected free laundry service was wonderful, and the quality of food superb. Outstanding value for money.

I really enjoyed my day, the staff was attentive and very accommodating. The facilities need updating but apart from that it was a lovely stay.

My 2nd reservation. Loved it but the kitchen services was not too good this time around. Also, like last time, the water pump broke down again.

One of my top places to stay in Jabi. Building is old but fairly well maintained. Ample parking spaces available.

Overall I have had a lovely stay and the service was up to standard! I was very impressed by the staff and the amenities offered at the hotel. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend.
