Very friendly staffs and clean, modern accommodation. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room desperately needs major repairs, and honestly, the same could be said for the entire hotel. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a strong smell of tobacco mixed with a strange, unpleasant odour that makes the stay very uncomfortable. The curtains are broken, which means there’s absolutely no way to sleep once the sun comes up, as the light pours straight into the room. The mattress feels completely worn out, and the duvet and pillows are in equally poor condition, flat, old, and far from hygienic. Overall, the room feels neglected and poorly maintained. It definitely does not match the standards expected from a hotel stay.

The checking in was denied due to local travel policy, the front desk agreed to give me refund due to policy restrictions, then I left hotel. BUT I never received it, after I approached to manager many times(not responding in first week), the refund was refused.

The hotel is in a good area. The room size was good. Bathroom however not so much. I would say its a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star. Also then need to a better job of maintaining the hotel. Every where is the room the colour usbpealing

Room was clean and they did clean it every day .staff was very polite and respectful apart from the incident when I was checking in the manger was literally yelling at the receptionist In front of me which i didn’t like at all what ever the issue was manger should have taken the receptionist a side to sort it out rather then in front of the guest Location of the hotel is perfect MM alam road every thing on the door step .

Excellent memorable stay from check-in to checkout. All of the staff members were courteous and caring, especially the front desk supervisor Khadeja, the restaurant host Zarmina, and chef Madiha went beyond expectations. Khadeja facilitated the check-in process by making an extra effort to comply with the documentation requirements. Host Zarmina offered excellent service during the breakfast service. Chef Madiha served delicious custom-made omelets. The housekeeping staff was caring and prompt in providing service. This hotel will be our first choice for a future stay!

Absolutely perfect. Very clean room, OK breakfast (not as extensive as the main Avari Hotel but then again this is a budget option) Special mention to Ms Kadija at the front desk & Mr Faisal in charge of the breakfast for their very professional & courteous service

Want a budget pick with good staff. This place is no brainer.

Hotel building is on the main road and has good location and easy access. It is on top of a supermarket. Room was decent size and clean. Bathroom was ok but the shower had low flow. It had a single roof light. I would have preferred lights by the side or on the mirror as well. Staff was very polite and helpful.

We got a so called upgrade for our stay requested a non smoking room, when getting to the room good lord full of smoke smell. Called front desk nobody did anything the guy who took us to our room just sprayed air freshener on ac and left. I would not recommend this place at all would never stay moving forward. To management change things around or else you’ll see a decline and force to sell or close.

Located right on a very busy street with very limited space , hardly 15 ft space to enter the hotel gate. Bad odor in the room. Complaint the front desk and room service sprayed something to kill the odor. I was offered to change room if odor is not gone that was mych tolerable after the spray. Hair dryer was locked in a table and iron was provided when asked. Breakfast had good options and quality.

The service is amazing room are nice and staff are really helpful. They gave me a late check out which was really good.
