Very good service , good location.

Excellent location family friendly easy to get around, complimentary breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend to friends and family

Staff was very cooperative and very prompt to provide what I need. The main issue I had during my 5 days stay was a very strong odor in the room and all other three rooms s at lower level. Also most of occupants were Afghani nationals to my surprise. The room had issue with water seapage on one of the wall.

Travelodge, not Hilton, but has everything you need - A/C, excellent wifi, safe location (a number of foreign embassies are nearby), Shah Faisal Mosque within walking distance (around a mile away).

Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. Room contains small refrigerator which had KFC box from previous occupant of room. Tabletops and shelves in bathrooms could use a more thorough wipe down. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. Ordered the desi omelette and eggs sunny side up. Both looked the same except for addition of vegetables in the omelette. Tasty otherwise. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to many shops and restaurants, but sits on a quiet sidestreet. Very convenient.

The property is in a lovely area that is within walking distance of many local restaurants and shops .

Very courteous staff.

Most important thing was customer service and interaction. Every individual that I engaged with such as Amin, Feroz, Waqar and Irfan, they were respectful, always willing to help, ensuring I am happy. It was very apparent that my satisfaction was their objective. On the day of checkout my ride was going to be late. I talked with Feroz I think (main desk) and he was more than willing to accommodate me for extra couple of hours. I would recommend others who visit Islamabad to stay there!

The owner is an extremely nice guy and I can’t rate the service of the staff highly enough. We were a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids but the management made sure our two rooms were next to each other. Washrooms were clean, bedsheets immaculate. The location in F7 is probably the best for a guest house in Islamabad. Very central: only a few minutes drive from Faisal Masjid; 25 mins from Monal Restaurant, and just a few minutes from Centaurus Mall. Breakfast was just as we wanted it. Thank you Team Gofas Lodge

The property had great rating which is why I booked my stay here however I was disappointed to see lack of maintenance and cleanliness.

Gofas Lodge was a great experience in most ways. The staff was very helpful whenever I needed a charger cable they provided me with one. I stayed a day less and they provided me with a refund. The only thing I would say is the shower needs to be fixed it's very slippery but besides that I enjoyed my time here. The breakfast was complimentary the people were very nice to me and my wife and whenever my son came to visit they were very welcoming and allowed him to come into my room at his leisure. I'd stay here again in the future.
