The bed sheets weren’t clean enough. Also, there was no warm water

Totally worst property. I cancelled my stay within 30 minutes from check in. I advise to other customers , please don’t go and don’t waste your halal money. You will regret if you book.

I found the staff most friendly but little effort to meet needs of foreign guests, e.g. limited choice at breakfast. Biggest complaint would be the lack of fresh air and some smell in the room.

THE HOTEL STAFF AND CONDITIONS WERE EXCELLENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOTEL MEHRAN. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD WHEN I BOOKED ONLINE. The major deficiency was the lack of internet and poor internet speed.

we were very unsatisfied as from the very 1st day asked the staff and management to fixe the AC in the room as the remote was not working. They send the person on 3rd day did absolutely noting. we were freezing and had to use our coats. Asked for the taxi ride and the staff can not use cell phone to call one. water kept dripping from the roof made the carpet wet. bath room was dirty . room service was always 30 mints late . stayed 5 days with worst experience in Karachi will never come back or request this to any one specially foreign traveler. I paid for this 3 months in advance or i would have switched to another hotel. please do not come to this hotel.

Very disappointed in what we got in Hotel Mehran. The rooms are not how it is depicted in pictures and there is a damp smell as soon as you enter. We complained about the rooms and told them that we are moving somewhere else. They did change the rooms but standard was not at par to what we paid. Here are few things that we found in our room: Burnt curtains Broken locks Ripped beddings Dirty carpets Stains on desk and lamps Unfinished doors

Photos of their rooms on their are at least 10 to 15 years old. Hotel rooms are not updates. We were given 7th floor, same night we had to change the rooms. Hot water tap didn't work shower head didn't work. Bathroom was molded and stnky. AC was turned on after long time. Basically 1 or 2 star hotel. Room service and laundry was horrible. They will not give cloths unless paid in COD. Prices are 500% higher than of outside. Breakfast was included but had a feel like it was not freshly made and reused. Hygiene was 0 to none. Saw a waiter put a glass water back into the bottle. Food tasted ok, not what you would expect in Pakistan. Overall over priced motel.
