On our recent stay at the Movenpick I would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.The staff were wonderful except for one on the second floor restaurant,as an elderly couple with medical needs we are not able to dine on a buffet but were willing to pay for the ala carte breakefast which would be a simple egg on toast but were informed that we could not eat it in the restaurant but we could pay for breakefast and an additional charge for room service,considering we did not have adequate seating in the room we were told that we could eat it sitting on bed.This particular staff member belittled us to the extent we never returned to the restaurant.we were glad to return home,wish we could have left sooner.Think twice before booking a long stay at this hotel.

Grymt bra service när det gäller hämtning från Islamabad flygplats. Deras representant var på plats med en bekväm bil. Vi hade ett executive rum som var utmärkt i storlek och design. Dock håller inte badrummet samma kvalitet. Sedan hade vi väldiga problem med deras ångstryknings produkter. Hade varit enklare med ett vanligt strykjärn. Executive loungen var välidigt trevlig och fin. Frukosten var helt godkänd. Skybaren var hemsk med avlopps lukt dessutom tar de entré på 5000 rupees för utomstående människor vilket gör att det dyker upp alla typer av människor på Skybaren vilket inte alls var trevligt. Dock var utsikten över staden fantastiskt. Poolen och gymmet samt omklädningsrummet och spa delen håller väldigt hög klass. Vi spenderade två nätter mellan 24-26 Maj. Och kommer även spendera två nätter till under vår resa i Pakistan

Once again amazing ratio between price and quality in this top-range hotel in Islamabad. This was my second stay. The proximity to Centaurus Mall (50 meters) makes it a very convenient place to stay. The unique view from the SkyBar is always an attraction as is Cigar Bar for those with access to that - financially and religiously:-) At the end of the day what sets Movenpick Centaurus apart from the other 2-3 top hotels in Islamabad is the location. A supermarket and alternatives to the hotel menus are just around the corner. Try for instance La Terraza for a great outdoor dinner in the evening and - this is a must - the cinnamon buns at Cafe Cinebun! Peder, Denmark

The hotel is fabulous with great shower. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfer either a personalized pickup, which was amazing. However, the breakfast is awful. Why is there canned pineapple and tasteless fruit on the buffet. The pastries looked processed. The only bread is sliced sandwich bread. The hotel needs to fix its breakfast, which is awful.

For the moment you walk through the doors the staff makes sure you are greeted with respect and kindness. The make sure all your needs are met.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only issues i had was with the food. I had undercooked chicken served to me twice. Apart from that my stay was good.

This is an amazing hotel absolutely beautiful and very clean, it has some amazing facilities it is located in a very nice area. We had a slight issue with our luggage and the concierge never put our suitcase in the car and we didn’t realise until we got to Lahore which I feel was the fault of the hotel but I had to bare the cost of it being delivered to me

I recently stayed at Movenpick Islamabad. From the moment I arrived the staff were on hand to help and attentive to detail. The room was excellent with a fantastic view of Islamabad. The gym and pool area was very well maintained. Sky 24 is definitely worth visiting with panoramic views of the city. The breakfast choice was brilliant and the hotel is also linked to Centauras Mall. I had an early morning check out and again breakfast was provided to my room. Thanks to all the staff at Movenpick Islamabad. Looking forward to staying again

Hotell is ok and central But check that you get your bonus points

From start to finish, we had such a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful place, tastefully furnished, with stunning views that really make the experience special. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From management to the front door team, security, and the breakfast and lunch staff, everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. Their service was a real credit to them individually, and also reflective of a culture that clearly takes great pride in hospitality. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was arranging drivers or even assisting us when we needed medical help, everything was handled quickly and with genuine care, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and very well furnished, and the location was ideal for getting around. We hadn’t visited Pakistan in over 20 years, and this trip was truly special. Thanks in no small part to our experience at this hotel, I know we’ll be coming back every year and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Moevenpick Islamabad has the best view of any hotel in Islamabad. However, they have ruined the view by putting an advertisement on one entire facade of the building. Since that is the side that has the Classic and Deluxe rooms, most of those rooms have been sacrificed for some advertising revenue, unfortunately. I had booked a Classic room and had to upgrade it to a Deluxe at the back of the building, just to get an unfettered view. The staff seems to think the advertisement has no impact on the view, but in reality it has reduced the natural light into the rooms by at least 50%, plus if you wish to sit by the windows and look outside, you can see all the dots (pixels) that make up the ad, covering the entire window. It is not an unfettered view by any stretch of the imagination. It is quite annoying. I really request the hotel management to remove the ad and not ruin customer experience because of it. Since I upgraded and requested to be moved to one of the very few rooms in the building without the ad on the window, I actually had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was super comfortable and beautiful. The staff at the reception, at the breakfast and from housekeeping were extremely warm and hospitable and took great care of me, and my every whim. I also got sick one day, and the staff at breakfast went out of their way to make me food that would be good for my tummy, and even packing a few things that would keep my tummy stable during the day. 5 star in every way!

Clean new modern with great breakfast and location is ideal. The shuttle bus was the only thing that let the hotel down otherwise the hotel and staff were amazing

We had an excellent stay and were consistently impressed by the high standard of service throughout. The team were warm, attentive, and professional, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. A special mention to Daniyal, who went above and beyond - particularly in assisting us during a medical situation, ensuring everything was handled quickly and with great care. His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would not hesitate to return and recommend the hotel to others.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff very helpful from reception to porter. Checkout was quick and rooms were beautiful.. Overall fantastic place but expensive !
