I think this hotel front desk guy made unauthorized payments using my card information. During my business trip to Pakistan, I used Woori credit card only once, but a total of 6 payments (135,400 PKR) were made from sources other than my ID. Detailed payment details are as follows. Not only will I get my money back, but since it is a hotel, they will have all of my personal information. I will definitely catch culprit and make him guilty. I am planning to write an email to the hotel now.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, the service was unprofessional, and the overall experience did not match what was promised. Basic facilities were either missing or not working properly. I expected much better for the price I paid. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here again.

They have made visiting of the guest a big problem, don’t book this hotel if you have family visiting you.

As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident throughout. The facilities were excellent, and the five-star breakfast and dinner services were truly impressive—elegant, delicious, and well-curated. The stress-free airport transfers added to the comfort, making our arrival and departure seamless. What truly stood out was the hotel’s diverse workforce, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Pakistan. It was inspiring to see people from different backgrounds working together with such harmony and dedication. The hard work of the entire team was clearly visible, and I feel proud that my hometown Karachi hosts a hotel that not only matches international five-star standards but goes beyond them. A heartfelt well done to the entire team—you’ve made Karachi shine.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. There was an internet outage that, although eventually resolved, caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the room had an unusual odor, and the sound from the air conditioning unit was quite disruptive. With some improvements, the experience could be much better.

Always consistent. Plenty of food options. Staff are nice and helpful. Over the past two years they have improved service and cleanliness. Good value for money.

It’s a bit old school and a bit modern. Movenpick has several dining options, a club floor and even a bar. The best option in Karachi. Staff super nice.

I enjoyed my stay at MovenPick. Facility was clean and updated. The cleaning staff on the 3rd floor was extremely friendly and kept our room in very good condition. Mr. Iqbal Noor and his cleaning staff, Shaukat and Shamim Eric kept the rooms in very good condition and really made our stay very comfortable. The staff at the gym Mr. Arman David and Mr. Mangal and Mr. Chaman kept the gym and pool area in excellent condition. I will definitely recommend MovenPick to other friends and family members. Just teach to reception guy that keep your religion at home and come to job. You are working to serve for the customer. Don’t interfere in the personal life of the customer. We are paying for the room and that’s why your company is able to pay you salary. Personal religion and personal job duties both are separate things. Thanks
