Unieke bungalows op een fantastische locatie. Superprofessioneel personeel. Lekker eten in het restaurant maar het ontbijt was eerder beperkt.

We really enjoyed our time at Bocas Del Mar! The room was beautiful, immaculate with a fantastic view. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was very good and we appreciated the local tuna and snook. The hotel is in an amazing location and offers good activities. We were lucky enough to see whales, dolphins, crocodiles on one of the tours.

Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert. Riesige Zimmer mit riesigen Panorama-Fenstern und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Vom Hotel aus kann man verschiedene Touren zu den vielen Inseln in der Nähe buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Tour mit den 3 Inseln an einem Tag. Hier kann man herrlich schnorcheln und relaxen. Wir waren 5 Teilnehmer an Bord, es geht aber auch ganz privat. Weiter hat das Hotel einen Tennisplatz und 2 Pools mit dazugehörigen Liegen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. WLAN funktionierte auf dem gesamten Gelände hervorragend. Rund um das Gelände leben viele Vogelarten, Leguane und Affen. Es gibt sogar einen großen Vogelkäfig mit Ara's. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing restaurant, great area

We appreciated that the restaurant prices were so reasonable considering there are not many places to go nearby. Staff were all very attentive.

This site has a wonderful setting with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful from housekeeping to the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, all are very good. We had some minor issues with hot water in our suite and our Wi-Fi failed one day but they did everything in their power to correct the issues as soon as possible. We are very happy to have stayed here and would highly recommend.

I really liked the tranquility of this property the first time I stayed here, The staff are very friendly, and kind also. This time, I had even more problems with hot water in the shower. Then we ordered a lobster salad special not on menu, that was not much of anything. When I saw the $29 dollar price, I was really stunned. We also went on what was promoted as a sunset cruise on a small outboard motor boat for $90 dollars per couple that was a short bird watching with beer, wine, soda included. This was very disappointing also. Now I am rethinking ever going back.

My husband and I stayed in Villa #4 at Bocas del Mar Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful. Newly updated and a great view of the bay and the gardens. The restaurant staff are top notch. I can't say enough about the service. The front desk staff, again, just amazing. Customer Service at this resort goes above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic and the dinners - both the food and the views - were spectacular. Tours were available and pick up is right at the resort's dock.
