Loved our stay! The hotel is clean, the food is really good, and the staff is amazing. It’s not fancy, but very cozy and comfortable. The fishing activities were fun and perfect for the whole family. We visited as a family of four with a 7-year-old and a teenager, and everyone had a great time. Special thanks to Lucy, Armando, Batman, and Ileana for their kindness and for making us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed every moment!

Great location and staff

The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the place and vicinity was very poor. We left a night early because of that. Also the restaurant closed after 3:00PM Sunday, so no place to have diner. The towels were all stained. The structure did not feel safe either, with a steel reinforcement and a notable inclination is the structure. Low water slow on the shower. Main door was misaligned therefore the latch would not work.

Todo maravilloso, gratamente sorprendida

Recomiendo Casa Congo. Nos quedamos una familia de 4, y nos gustó el amplio espacio ofrecido por dos habitaciones y una sala de estar. La ubicación fue muy buena, con balcón frente al mar. También valoramos que pudimos abrir las ventanas durante la noche debido a que hubo un corte general de luz y no funcionaba el A/C. La atención por parte de Jorge fue muy buena.

El hotel esta lindo, y el servicio es de su personal es bueno y son muy amables, el encargado se pone en contacto contigo, te manda la ubicacion, y te de indicaciones, para asegurar tu llegada. El menú de restaurante es pequeño, pero la comida esta muy rica.

Tienes que caminar con tu equipaje en la calle, no puedes acercar tu vehículo y además dejarlo en la calle retirado o pagar una cuota, no te dan agua para beber todo te cuesta a precio de Hotel de lujo y es una casa improvisada muy regular. Desagradable experiencia en Rayo Verde. Desayuno pobre. Se anuncia con un precio bajo y ese corresponde a una habitación básica, tuvimos que pagar más del doble pagado a Expedia para obtener una habitación decente, lo único que vale la pena ahí es el lugar del mar que tiene vistas preciosas.

Staff were amazing

Staff very polite and attentive, mainly Jorge he gave us very good suggestion about the city. Location nearby the city and beautiful hotel view.

Clean beautiful room overlooking the bay. Towels and sheets were clean and comfortable. A small kitchen provided everything we needed. We loved the hammock! Staff was excellent and answered all of my questions ahead of time and made sure we could find parking from the main road. Thank you!

The person who checked us in was very cordial and professional. We loved the art gallery, lunch, dinner and the karaoke. A very relaxing place by the sea. The only issue is some other guests that stayed up late talking and listening to music a bit louder than it should have been The manager was very quick to explain to them that there were other guests so they turned down the music. The room was quite nice, spacious and very clean. We will definitely return!

Really lovely view from our room. We just had the basic room but it was perfect for us. Aircon! A basic but well prepared breakfast was included. Had a stingray cruising in front of our outside space for a few hours which was great.

Wonderful room right on the water with a first class view. Friendly staff and a great kitchen! Spent a couple days there and found it very enjoyable!

Great place to stay in Portobelo! Lovely terrace to sit out in overlooking the sea. Room very comfortable..Above all, the staff are first class! Manager George was super helpful! All the staff wete great! Also ..the food was wonderful...best breakfast we had in Panama. Definitely would recommend this place to stay!

Café da manhã muito fraco, poucas variedades. Restaurante com valor elevado para os pratos oferecidos. Estacionamento não é gratuito, cobraram 7 dólares por noite! devolveram após acionarmos o suporte ao cliente do Expedia.

Quaint B&B in the heart of Portobelo. Easy walking to restaurants, the museum, the church and other attractions.
