Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa. Todos en el staff son muy profesionales y cariñosos. Octavio, Nazareth encantadores. El hotel es de un diseño espléndido y muy lleno de historia. Recomendadisimo!

Top Hotel excellent location well trained staff helpful. The rooms are excellent similar to something one would find that top hotels around the world like the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok and Singapore. The bar is really fun great staff in there. The hotels restaurants are good but around the surrounding area there are a plethora of restaurants and cuisines for everyone's taste. I even saw a kosher restaurant for those that have that restriction.

My stay was very nice. The hotel had many in house restaurants, bars, a spa and gym. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. Not speaking Spanish was somewhat of a challenge, but the employees went out of their way to bring someone in that did speak English, but most did some English.

What an amazing property. It was a privilege to stay here and experience the history of Panama with tge three buildings of French, Spanish and American architecture. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a fun rooftop bar with Capella.

Good services and beautiful Hotel

This hotel is exceptional. Exceed my expectations. The decor, attn to detail, customer service, cleanliness, and food all exceptional. Location also wonderful.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The property has been beautifully restored and redesigned—it's a real treat just wandering through the different wings, checking out the unique restaurants and admiring all the little decorative touches in the hallways and corners. Huge shoutout to the staff—everyone we encountered was genuinely kind and super helpful. We stayed in the French wing and had a lovely view of the courtyard. The room itself was beautifully styled, though on the smaller side. One thing to note: the bed that was advertised as a king turned out to be a queen, and there really wasn’t much space to move around it—you had to be careful not to bump into things. Seating was limited too, just one comfy chair and a desk chair, with no sofa or extra spot to relax. And with only enough room for one suitcase, managing our two bags got a little frustrating. After the first night, we thought about upgrading to a suite. But when we checked it out, it had a similar setup—still a queen bed, one comfy chair, and only space for one suitcase. The room was a bit bigger, but not $200-a-night-bigger for us, so we decided to stick with what we had. If you're traveling light, this place could be perfect. But if you’re bringing more than one bag or like a little extra room to spread out, it might not be the most convenient stay—you'll find yourself constantly moving things around. Great location in Casco

Beautiful Hotel, rich in history. Maybe not super family friendly, however everyone was nice and kind. Very clean and not loud at night which is a common concern in Casco Viejo.

Receptionist was stellar: knowledgeable, cordial and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! Great location, amazing and unique property and grounds. Central to everything with superior service and dining options. Would definitely go back next time we are in Panama City.
