호텔 메릴랜드

I've booked for two nights. At arrival they couldn't find our reservation to begin with. After waiting for 45 minutes the gave us a key to a room on the 1 floor. My room was the last on the corridor who was/in service. The other rooms after my room were out of service and there were safety shoes outside the room next to the open doors. In the corridor to my room ware a lot a bags with food leftovers in there corner. They stayed there for more than 30 hours. Thats how long we manage to stay there. In the hotel stayed like 50 construction workers who made sure we knew that they were present. They watched tv with their doors open till late in the morning. After eleven o'clock we went to the reseption to ask if the could stop working so we can get a good night sleep. After have an hour, they stopped. That night I barricade my door with my luggage and slept with my razor under my pillow. I travel a lot, but I have never felt so unsafe in my life. There was no hot water, no INTERNET, warderobe door was broken, toilet was broken but funtional. In the shower was no shower head installed. Just a pipe out of the wall. The sheets were worn-out and dirty. The only good thing were the towels. We were so dissapointed with the stay, that after lunch we booked a hotel in Panama City and drove back.

La encargada de la recepción es una grosera total, no cumplen en nada de lo que ofrecen.

NO HAY TACTO DEPARTE DE LA ENCARGADA. MAL ESTADO DE LAS INSTALACIONES

Convenient location, clean, great service!! I have stayed a couple of times. It is my first choice visiting Colon.

This is my third time staying in this budge hotel, so far I have no complains but don’t expect any luxury’s. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

No lo recomiendo.... No hay desayuno, porque prácticamente no hay nadie hospedo aquí.

Pagas desayuno y es hasta las 9 de la mañana un sábado?... señores los sábados tenemos derecho a dormir un poco más.

La atencion de los recepcionistas fue buena, falta variedad de comidas en el restaurante , no funciono el control del tv ni el telefono de la habitacion, la ubicacion y el precio es excelente para los que vamos a zona libre.

En lo personal, el desayuno no es nada agradable y el servicio de parqueo no deberían de ofrecerlo si no lo tiene a disposición, en muy malas condiciones.

Para uma noite antes de embarcar do Cruzeiro foi bom, mas a cidade com o um todo e estranha

Estuve más de una hora en la recepción del hotel al llegar por q no tenían la reserva q había echo de una semana y pagada. Los cuartos son sucias

Buenas el problema es que no tiene refrigerador pequeno en la habitacion.

La ubicacion es muy buena. Pero la abitacion los muebles dañados televisor antiguo y el baño con cortina no me gustaron

Cleanliness was terrible. My towels seemed to be the previous client's towels, they seemed used by someone else and the bathroom was dirty too. They didn't take the toilet paper away. A few minutes after I entered my room I found a guy trying to open the door with a key of my room!!! I complained and the desk front employee took this extra key from that guy. I was shocked. I do not recommend this hotel at all

The lobby area is nice, room was ok. Wifi did not work in the room but the AC worked well. We stayed there before going on a cruise. The hotel was ok, but Colon is terrible and not somewhere you want to stay for even one night.

Llegamos al hotel a las 1 de la tarde y nos entregaron nuestra habitación hasta las 4 de la tarde. En el hotel hay mucho ruido de los demás huéspedes.
