El personal fue muy atento, la ubicaicón es práctica y el precio accesible. Podría ser un gran hotel con buen mantenimiento en las areas comunes.

La chambre était carrément dégueulasse, mal entretenue et d’une puanteur. Il y avait des traces de moisissures partout, de la céramique cassée dans la douche des taches sur le tapis. L’immeuble dans l’ensemble était très mal entretenu les cages d’escalier, l’ascenseur tout était extrêmement sale. Nous avons demandé de nouvelles chambres, elles étaient toutes dans le même état. Nous avons décidé de quitter les lieux tellement c’était insalubre vous démontrer un hôtel qui semble nettement supérieur à la qualité que nous avons eu nous exigeons un remboursement total des deux chambres, nous avons des photos

The hotel need more renovations, its a great location but area around seems a but sketchy. However its next to Cinta Costera so you can always go for a walk. Ill stay at this place again.

The staff were wonderful, attentive and polite. I don’t think this hotel caters to the likes of a visitor for the US. My room did not have a chair to seat on (for the desk in the room) on. Luckily the adjacent room was empty and open and I was able to get a chair. When I wanted to iron my clothes (I expected an iron to be in the room there was not!) I went to the reception to request on and was told there was only one!!! A few minutes later I received it. The internet WiFi for the rooms did not work and I had to go to the swimming pool or lobby for a better connection (which was still slow comparatively). It is recommended that when a visitor from a western country is visiting adjustments. An be made without incurring excess operational costs. From a local perspective this hotel may be adequate but for someone visiting from the US it is not.

My husband had to move rooms 3 times with our toddler. Room 1 WiFi didn’t work, room 2 WiFi ok, but air conditioning not working. Room 3 WiFi working pretty good but air conditioning still not cooling down. Advised to wait 30 mins for it to cool but only warm air blew out. He gave up and suffered for the night. Toilet had poop in it. Just overall terrible experience.

La habitacion olia a humedad, me cambiaron trews veces de habitacion porque una tenia la losa del baño rota, el otro el aire no servia y de la ultima habitacion olia a hunedad, aparte que reserve tres habitacion y la ultima habitacion me la entregaron a las 7:00 pm porque ninguna habitacion estaba lista y para terminar una una de las habitacion que me habian dado cuabdo entramos ya habia otra persona estaba hospedada y cuabdo nos brindan otra habitacion tenia cucaracha y las toallas estaban todas percudidas y manchadas. El personal del recepcion que estaba en ese momento se molestaba cada vez que iba a reclamar por la habitacion hasta que le pedi que necesitaba hablat con el gerente y el fue que empezo a buscar cada habitacion para poder entregarlo.

Desde la llegada vimos el lugar poco higienico y no tenia aire, nos fuimos enseguida porque vivos poco higiene

Les photos et la description de l hôtel ne correspondent nullement a la réalité. Impossible de boire et de manger dans la chambre car il y a des cochrelles. Les fenêtres de la chambre sont tellement sales que c'est impossible de voir dehors. Il y a de la moisissure dans la douche et la chambre pue. Il n' y a pas de déjeuner le matin, ni même de café. Une chance que nous avions réservé seulement 2 nuits .... Le seul point positif a été la piscine et le parking souterrain. NE réservez PAS a cet hôtel !!!

The property was in good location and very convenient. The staff was nice and welcoming. The restaurant was closed and no breakfast was available. The room cooled down very quickly and was comfortable. There were limited bathrooms supplies and no room service for the 4 day stay. Other than that, it was well worth the money. I would recommend it if you plan on being outside for the most of your trip.

Me tuve que retirar y perder dos noches ya que las condiciones del lugar en Super mal estado todo descuidado y sucio

We were not allowed to eat in the rooms and as tourists, we’re out all day and would like to just relax and eat in our own comfort rather than having to come outside of the room to eat. Also I shouldn’t have to be begging for housekeeping, I feel like it’s the hotel’s responsibility to clean the room each day. Also we had little to no wifi in our first room. The second room it picked up more but was still so weak.

Deben darle mejor limpieza a la habitación, en el pasillo veía cucarachas, la piscina estaba cerrada antes de la 10 y el bar también además que se veía sucia y dejada nada comparada con antes,
