Very good. I enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was nice.

Efetuei uma reserva para 4 pessoas em um único quarto, por apenas 1 noite. No anúncio constava um quarto com 4 camas pelo valor anunciado na plataforma, motivo pelo qual realizei a reserva e efetuei o pagamento antecipadamente. Ao chegar ao local, fomos recebidos por uma anfitriã extremamente grosseira e sem qualquer disposição para ajudar. Fomos informados de que a reserva não incluía as 4 camas e que teríamos apenas duas opções: cancelar a reserva ou pagar um valor adicional de US$ 48 pelas outras camas. Em nenhum momento o anúncio informava de forma clara que haveria cobrança adicional por cama. Pelo contrário, o quarto anunciado apresentava 4 camas, o que nos levou a concluir que a acomodação era adequada para as 4 pessoas da reserva. Estávamos cansados, com malas e sem condições de procurar outra hospedagem naquele momento, então fomos praticamente obrigados a pagar o valor adicional exigido. Após o pagamento, a situação foi ainda mais decepcionante. O quarto estava em condições muito abaixo do esperado e do que foi anunciado:

Staff was good but other guests who were staying there made me very uncomfortable especially the men in my bunk room. They don’t clean up after themselves and they are nasty. Cleaning is not done everyday, but the breakfast is great. Property is currently under construction, but if you do not want to spend a lot of money on staying somewhere, here is the best place to stay. Not as clean was how you would want but it is okay.

Great staff and good location

I recently stayed here and had a really positive experience overall. Here is a breakdown of what to expect: The Staff: Without a doubt, the highlight of the stay was the team. The staff members are incredibly friendly, sweet and helpful. Whether you need local tips or help with your room, they handle everything with a smile. Location: The hostel is located near the financial disctrict with bus stops close by and some attractions near by. It’s very easy to get around. Cleanliness: I stayed at a shared room with a bathroon included for all the users and both the room and the bathroom were clean. The Room: The only downside was the bed. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and I could feel some of the springs digging into my back during the night. A mattress topper or an upgrade would make the sleep experience match the high quality of the rest of the facility. Renovations: The hostel is currently undergoing some renovations. While there is a bit of work being done, you can see the vision they have for the space. It has the potential to be an absolutely amazing place once the upgrades are finished. Verdict: If you are looking for a clean, well-located spot with a wonderful team, this is a great choice. Once the renovations are complete and the mattresses are updated, this will definitely be a top-tier hostel in the city!

Breakfast

The hostel is under renovation right now so keep this in mind basically most of the rooms shown are not available or the photos are out of date, I didn't get the room I booked the one i received was much smaller. The WiFi wasn't working most of the stay but they did fix it in the end. The breakfast included was decent for hostel standards. The location is pretty close to food options and in a good area.

El lugar no es segura para hospedar a nadie, está en "remodelacion" huele a químicos, no es agradable el ambiente y la administración es totalmente nueva, no parece ser un lugar seguro para mujeres. Adicional no se puede llevar alimentos de afuera solo comprar las cosas que venden ahí que no se ven de buena calidad y no puedes usar la cocina. Un total desastre todo hay herramientas,pinturas y un desorden general horrible. No lo recomiendo,ahorren su dinero,vayan a otro lugar

The hostel is good value for a night or 2 as it’s cheap, but the room is absolutely tiny and a lot of the building is under repair or construction.

No AC until 8pm.....very unique....

A localização até que é boa. Café da manhã muito pobre, somente uma e as vezes duas empanadas e uma xícara de café muito fraco. O próprio hostel pega coisas dos hóspedes, que estão na geladeira, para servir no café da manhã! Eu vivi essa experiência! Reclamei duas vezes, disseram que iam repor e até o final da minha estadia nada aconteceu. No salão de estar tem muitos mosquitos ou coisa parecida, resultando muita coceira.

Localização boa, mais ou menos perto da Estação do Metrô Via Argentina. Café da manhã muito pobre: uma e as vezes duas empanadas com uma xícadas de café. Você tem que complementar com frutas, leite e até café, pois o café servido é muito fraco! No salão de estar e das refeições tem muitos mosquitos, ou sei lá o quê é, pois dá muita coceira e reação na pele!

As fotos não condizem com a realidade. O Hostel necessita de uma reforma e de uma atualização. O café da manhã é muito pobre: apenas uma ou duas empanadas e uma xícara de café. Utilizaram minhas frutas que estavam na geladeira, etiquetadas com meu nome, para servir no café da manhã de todos! Reclamei duas vezes, prometeram repor, mas nunca repuzeram! Achei a localização do hostel boa, mais ou menos perto da Estação do Metrô Via Argentina. No salão de estar e das refeições do hostel tem muitos mosquitos, acho que vêm de um rio próximo bem poluído.
