We enjoyed the pool and service, had a great breakfast at their restaurant, and enjoyed the beautiful room. They even left a cake and note wishing me a Happy Birthday!
We visited Panama about two weeks ago, and the experience was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend staying at the Sofitel for a truly luxurious experience. The hotel is clean, safe, and, most importantly, stunning.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The staff is exceptionally professional and attentive. The food and desserts were consistently delicious—we dined at every restaurant within the hotel and enjoyed each one, especially Caleta, where we had our first dinner. Juan, our waiter, and Joselyn, the hostess, were both personable and professional, making the evening even more memorable.
Our room was excellent, complete with a lovely balcony we enjoyed throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, surrounded by a variety of dining options, attractions, and shops.
I also recommend using the hotel’s transportation services. Our driver was incredibly knowledgeable and drove with precision and care. He was also very friendly and professional, which made getting around the city even more enjoyable.
