스태프 엄청 친절하고 조식 훌륭하고 무료셔틀서비스 제공되요(버스터미널까지, 단 오는길만, 가는길은 유료) 와이파이가 좀 약하긴하지만 전반적으로 강추! frinedly staff, good breakfist, offer free shuttle service to bus terminar(one way) but wifi is pretty weak. Overall recomendable!

가족 여행으로 6명이 방 세 개에 묵었습니다. 방마다 크기나 욕실 환기 시설, 비치된 가구가 조금씩 달랐으나, 전체적으로 매우 깨끗했습니다. 밤에도 아주 따뜻했고, 온수도 잘 나오고요. 무엇보다도 주인 Rebelhino가 정말 좋습니다. 터미널까지의 무료 픽업 서비스며 각종 여행 정보도 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 일행 중 아픈 사람이 있었는데, 죽을 끓일 수 있도록 이틀 내내 부엌도 편안하게 사용하게 해 주었습니다. 파업으로 라파스행 버스표에 문제가 생겼을 때에도 버스 탑승 순간까지 친절하게 살펴주었고요. 아침도 좋습니다. 특히 따뜻한 키노아 음료는 배탈난 식구에게 최고였고요, 키노아 팬케익도, 다른 숙소에서 잘 안 내놓는 망고 등 매일 조금씩 바뀌는 아침도 좋았습니다. 생과일주스 종류도 여럿이고요. 중심가에서 10분 정도 걸어야 하는 게 흠이었지만, 중앙광장 근처는 매연도 심하니 오히려 한적하고 조용한 이곳이 낫다 싶습니다. 다시 푸노에 간다면 무조건 여기 묵겠습니다. Rebelhino, you were one of the most amazing hosts in this whole trip!! Gracias a todos!

Very nice inn, 10 min from the bus station. Room and bathroom is very clean. The included breakfast is great. The only negative point would be the hot water. At first we did not have any and then when they checked on it, we did not have cold water anymore... otherwise everything is great and the staff was awesome.

The staff was very helpful. They reserved a table for us for a folklore dinner show at Balcones de Puno restaurant. They also arranged a taxi tour to Juli.

Muita atenção e boa vontade dos funcionários. Mas o hotel já vou dias melhores, em especial o café da manhã. Os quartos são ok, ótima cama.

We stayed for two nights. Our room was clean, plenty of hot water, and check in was a breeze. The front desk was very friendly and gave lots of information. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and the food was good. Our only complaint was that it was a little cold at night. Overall, great value hotel!

La cama estaba super cómoda. El desayuno muy rico. Esta super cerca de la plaza de armas a 10 min caminando.

I contacted the hotel for bus terminal pickup for 4h30am which I didnt feel safe taking a taxi at this time. They said everything was confirmed but never came back with how much it would cost (which i realized was actually a 6 sol ride). We arrived as planned at 4h30 am and after 15 minutes of running around the terminal for someone with our name on it as they said, we finally took a taxi outside. I know this is Peru and shame on me for not speaking spanish but was very hard getting understood at the reception in english which I would have appreciated but like I said, shame on me. Finally, we tried to have a collectivo pick us up at the hotel before our flight in Juliaca. When told our flight was at 14h45, they booked a collectivo for 12h00 telling us we would have plenty of time to travel and take our flight. 12h30 our collectivo finally arrives after numerous calls from the desk. It was actually beginning the pick-up round and took us for a 40 minutes ride across town picking passengers. After some peru driving, we got at the airport moments before they were calling for boarding. We weren't late, but did not appreciate the stress of missing the flight and the money for new flights. Hotel was quiet and as anticipated.

Great staff and clean, spacious rooms (though a bit drafty at night). One of the staff members went with me to the pharmacy when I mentioned that I was not feeling well, really appreciate the personable touch. Also, the breakfast was yummy!

Nice hot water. Nice breakfast. I only spend a few hours sleeping there before my next bus. I didn’t even try the WiFi.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The desk staff were very helpful with arranging our drive to Juliaca airport

This hotel was lovely. We only stayed in Puno a few days, but thought Cantuta was a great place. The inn is cozy with a nice breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Oh, and the bed was super comfortable!

El hotel está cerca del Jirón de lima y de la plaza de armas! Es cómodo y tienen mate de coca para el mal de altura!

Nice location, close to the city mall/restaurants.
